    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may obtain high-priority data (e.g., low latency data) to be transmitted to a base station. In some scenarios, the base station may be transmitting downlink transmissions to the UE or to a different UE, or may be receiving uplink transmissions from the UE or from the different UE. The described aspects enable the UE to timely transmit the high-priority data in these scenarios. In one example, the described aspects enable the UE to transmit, to the base station, while the base station performs one or more scheduled downlink transmissions to the UE or to the different UE, at least one of the high-priority data via a first uplink beam from a set of uplink beams for unscheduled uplink transmissions or an unscheduled data indication indicating that the high-priority data is to be transmitted without an uplink grant.

    Abstract: A user equipment may be configured to implement full duplex transmission configuration indication (TCI) in a unified TCI framework. In some aspects, the user equipment may receive, from a base station, a plurality of TCI states, the plurality of TCI states including a full duplex TCI state corresponding to at least two channels for a first transmission link type and at least one channel for a second transmission link type. Further, the user equipment may apply the full duplex TCI state in accordance with a determined application time.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for an event-triggered partial update for a reference signal (RS) report by a user equipment (UE). An example method performed by a UE may include receiving, from a network entity, a configuration for reference signal (RS) measurement based reporting of a plurality of parameters, calculating the parameters, based on RS measurements, in accordance with the configuration, detecting an event, based on a change in value of at least one of the parameters relative to a previously reported value for that parameter, and transmitting an event-triggered report with a partial update of the parameters, based on the detection.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for requesting message repetition in random access procedures. In some aspects, a first random access message can be generated for a physical random access channel (PRACH) procedure. The first random access message can include a request for repetition of a third random access message. The request can be based on a criterion that is associated with at least one of a maximum allowed transmit power, or a PRACH transmit power. The first random access message can be output for transmission to a node to initiate a random access procedure with the node. In some aspects, one or more parameters related to a threshold for determining whether to include the request can be configured by the node.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station (e.g., next-generation NodeB ((gNB)) may transmit a report configuration to a user equipment (UE). The report configuration may include a first set of quasi co-location parameters for channel measurement and a second set of quasi co-location parameters for interference measurement. At least one quasi co-location reference associated with a first quasi co-location parameter of the first set may be different than a quasi co-location reference associated with a second quasi co-location parameter of the second set. The UE may perform the channel measurement based on a first resource setting for the channel measurement and the first set of quasi co-location parameters.
