Abstract: An embodiment of this application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a base station, a random access preamble sequence from a terminal; and sending, by the base station, a media access control (MAC) packet data unit (PDU) to the terminal based on the random access preamble sequence, where the MAC PDU includes a type indication field, and the type indication field indicates a manner in which the terminal transmits data in first uplink information. In this embodiment of this application, a data transmission delay can be reduced.

Abstract: The application pertains to determining a rank of channel loss extent. A base station sends to a terminal a signaling indicating that there are N ranks of channel loss extent. Each rank has a corresponding number of random access preamble repetitions. The base station receives from the terminal device one or more transmissions of a random access preamble in a first number of repetitions of the random access preamble. The base station determines the rank of channel loss extent according to a random access preamble group in which the received random access preamble is located, or the first number of repetitions of the received random access preamble. A channel loss is a reference signal received power (RSRP). After determining the rank of channel loss extent, the base station determines a second number of repetitions corresponding to the determined rank of channel loss extent, for sending or receiving uplink/downlink information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a wireless communication method and a device. The wireless communication method includes: determining, by a base station, a transmission mode used to send data to a terminal in a current scheduling period, where the transmission mode is one of a paired transmission mode or a non-paired transmission mode; and sending, by the base station to the terminal, information indicating a terminal type corresponding to the transmission mode. According to the method and device, the terminal may perform corresponding processing according to the transmission mode, thereby improving processing efficiency. For example, the terminal may select an adaptive receiving algorithm to demodulate a signal, to improve demodulation efficiency and accuracy.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method for enhanced transmission of control information, user equipment, a base station, and a communications system. The method includes: determining a first parameter for enhanced transmission of control information. Between a base station and UE, a kth subframe after a last subframe in enhanced transmission of control information may be preset as a start subframe in enhanced transmission of a PDSCH, a jth subframe after the last subframe in enhanced transmission of the control information may be preset as a start subframe in enhanced transmission of a PUSCH, and a start subframe in enhanced transmission of the control information is preset, where the subframes may also be radio frames. Therefore, the user equipment can accurately determine the last subframe and/or radio frame occupied by the control information, thereby ensuring performance of the PDSCH or PUSCH.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a downlink control signaling sending method and device. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a first transmission type of a first terminal device and a second transmission type of a second terminal device; and sending demodulation information to the first terminal device according to the first transmission type and the second transmission type by using downlink control signaling, where the demodulation information is used to instruct the first terminal device to demodulate a transmission signal of the first terminal device that is received by the first terminal device. In this way, content of the demodulation information to be sent is specifically determined, so as to effectively resolve a problem that, during pairing at a plurality of layers, when different power ratios are configured on different subbands, a large amount of signaling needs to be consumed for notification to the first terminal device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a transmission method for a common message and a device, which relates to a field of communication technologies and is invented for effectively ensuring that both a low cost MTC terminal and a normal LTE terminal may reliably receive the common message. The transmission method for the common message includes: determining common message transmission time instances X corresponding to a first terminal, wherein the common message transmission time instances X corresponding to the first terminal are a part of time instances of cell common message transmission time instances; sending a common message at the determined common message transmission time instances X corresponding to the first terminal, a bandwidth of frequency resources used for sending the common message being no larger than a data processing bandwidth that the first terminal is capable of supporting. The present disclosure may be used in an M2M application based on an LTE network.
