Abstract: A display module and a vehicle-mounted display device are disclosed. The display module includes a middle frame, a display panel and an elastic adhesive body; the middle frame includes a first frame body, being arranged around an opening region and having a bearing surface; the display panel includes a middle portion and an edge portion; the adhesive body is located between the bearing surface and the edge portion; the middle frame further includes a second frame body, located at an edge of the first frame body and, the second frame body is located at a side of the first frame body away from the display panel, and an orthographic projection of the edge portion on a plane where the bearing surface is located at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the second frame body on the plane where the bearing surface is located.

Abstract: An array substrate is disclosed. The pixel defining layer (22) may define a plurality of pixel regions. The pixel defining layer (22) may include a plurality of acoustic structures (220), and each of the plurality of acoustic structures (220) may be configured to resonate under an action of an acoustic wave of a threshold frequency to form a slit to disconnect the charge generating layer (24) of two adjacent pixel regions of the plurality of pixel regions.

Abstract: A gate-driver-on-array (GOA) circuit includes N GOA units cascaded in series to generate N sets of driving signals. Each n-th GOA unit includes a first terminal configured to receive a high-level voltage, a second terminal configured to receive a low-level voltage, and a clock signal terminal configured to receive a clock signal, an input terminal and a reset terminal respectively configured to receive internal signals from two alternative GOA units in the series, a first output terminal configured to output a gate-driving signal, and a second output terminal configured to output a node voltage signal. Each n-th set of the N sets of driving signals includes a first driving signal being a gate-driving signal from a (n−1)th GOA unit, a second driving signal being a gate-driving signal from a n-th GOA unit, and a third driving signal being a node voltage signal from the n-th GOA unit for driving an AMOLED pixel circuit.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of an OLED display panel is provided. At least one of a electroluminescent material layer and a second electrode layer is formed such that a thickness of the second electrode layer in a light emitting region of the OLED display panel is less than that of the second electrode layer in a non-light emitting region of the OLED display panel. The method includes applying charges of a first conductivity type to a layer structure located below a to-be-formed layer and in the light emitting region, applying charges of the first conductivity type to a material of the to-be-formed layer, and applying the material of the to-be-formed layer having the charges of the first conductivity type to the layer structure to form the to-be-formed layer. An OLED display panel manufactured by the above method and an electronic device are further provided.

Abstract: A color filter (CF) substrate includes a CF structure disposed on a base, and multiple pixel regions each including multiple sub-pixel regions. The CF structure includes a nanostructure layer including multiple nanostructures and a light guide structure layer including multiple light guide structures, sequentially provided on the base. Each light guide structure is in a corresponding pixel region, and includes multiple light guide sub-portions. Each light guide sub-portion is in a corresponding sub-pixel region. Each sub-pixel region corresponds to a nanostructure, and each nanostructure is in a corresponding sub-pixel region. Each of the light guide sub-portions in one pixel region is configured such that light incident on the light guide sub-portions exits at different angles and enters into the nanostructure in the sub-pixel region corresponding thereto. Each nanostructure is configured such that light exiting from the sub-pixel region corresponding thereto has a predetermined color.
