    摘要: A conveyor includes an endless belt, a boot end supporting a portion of the endless belt, a support structure, and a bridge. The endless belt includes a first run and a second run, and the first run extends along a conveyor axis. The support structure includes an end spaced apart from the boot end, a plurality of frames, and a plurality of idler rolls. The frames are spaced apart from one another and aligned with one another in a direction parallel to the conveyor axis. The idler rolls support another portion of the endless belt. The bridge extends between the boot end and the end of the support structure. The bridge is movable in a direction parallel to the conveyor axis relative to at least one of the boot end and the support structure.

    摘要: A processing system for processing raw slurry material comprising at least liquid, sand, and contaminates comprises a barrel member, at least one transport member, at least one separator member, and a drive system. As the drive system rotates the barrel member about the barrel longitudinal axis, a portion of the raw slurry material is transported through a pre-processing portion of the processing chamber. At least a portion of the liquid and at least a portion of the contaminates in the raw slurry material flows back down the pre-processing portion of the processing chamber towards a barrel inlet. At least one intermediate opening is arranged such that at least a portion of the contaminates in the raw slurry material flowing down through the pre-processing portion of the processing chamber passes through the at least one intermediate opening.

The conveying strand has a conveying surface on which a material flow is running whose feed rate is given by the product of a linear velocity of the conveying strand and a conveying cross-section of the material flow. The disclosure is characterized by a variable flow limiting device that is movable between a first position and a second position. The conveying cross-section downstream of the flow limiting device is smaller in the second position than in the first position.

The drive mechanism is coupled to the first sprocket or the second sprocket and is operable to drive the first sprocket or the second sprocket. The sensor is operable to generate a signal related to a characteristic of the conveyor. The controller is operable to receive the signal from the sensor, determine a number of chain components that have passed a datum point based on the signal, determine the location of at least one of the plurality of chain components based on the number of chain components that have passed the datum point, and update a map of the chain based on the location.

    摘要: A belt conveyor for a road-finishing machine or a charger. The belt conveyor includes a conveyor belt in which a displaceably mounted support element abuts the conveyor belt, and a first and a second piston cylinder unit operate to displace the support element. The first and the second hydraulic piston cylinder units can be pressurised independently of each other in order to move the support element into a desired inclined position. If the conveyor belt of the belt conveyor runs laterally away from the support element, the out-of-true running of the conveyor belt can be counteracted by an inclined position of the support element which moves the conveyor belt back into its original position.
