Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide a technique for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The UE receives signaling indicating a time gap to be applied between at least two physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs) scheduled, via a single downlink control information (DCI), for transmission to different transmission reception points (TRPs). The UE transmits the at least two PUSCHs to the TRPs, in accordance with the time gap.

The UE may receive the reference signal based on receiving the indication to activate the one or more TCI states. Abstract: Aspects relate to identifying power control parameters for a transmission on a bandwidth part (BWP) and component carrier (CC). In some examples, a user equipment (UE) identifies power control (PC) parameters to be used for a first BWP and CC when a common set of transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states is configured for a reference BWP and CC, and where the common set of TCI states is shared at least between the reference BWP and CC and the first BWP and CC. For example, the UE may transmit a transmission using PC parameters that are identified based on a first TCI state identifier (ID) for the common set of TCI states. In some examples, a UE identifies PC parameters to be used for a BWP and CC based on whether a path loss reference signal is configured for a TCI state on a reference BWP and CC.
