    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first UE may receive, from a second UE, resource reserving sidelink control information that indicates a transmit beam of the second UE and a sidelink resource of the second UE. The first UE may transmit data on the sidelink resource of the second UE using a transmit beam of the first UE that does not spatially overlap with the transmit beam of the second UE. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may perform a channel access procedure to gain access to a bandwidth part in a shared spectrum for sidelink communications with a second UE. The first UE may transmit a signal to the second UE using one or more sub-bands of the bandwidth part, and the signal may include one or more sidelink synchronization signal blocks (S-SSBs) multiplexed with frequency resources associated with a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH). The one or more S-SSBs may be transmitted using a set of symbol periods of a transmission time interval (TTI) (e.g., a slot) that are preceded by a least four initial symbol periods of the TTI. In some examples, the first UE may transmit a sidelink control information (SCI) message indicating which of the one or more sub-bands include the one or more S-SSBs.

Certain aspects of the disclosure relate to a method for wireless communication by a user equipment (UE). In some examples, the method includes transmitting, to one or more other UEs, first control information comprising an indicator of a starting time and a duration of a first time interval for communication of a first data transmission over a sidelink, wherein the first time interval comprises one or more time periods of a first time window.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A first user equipment (UE) may receive, from a second UE, a control message that indicates a duration of time the second UE has reserved at least a first subchannel of a first subband of a set of shared spectrum subbands. The duration of time may include a quantity of time periods. The first UE may transmit, during a time period of the quantity of time periods and in a second subchannel of the first subband, a power reservation signal that indicates a transmission power associated with the first UE beginning transmission to a third UE in a second subband of the set of shared spectrum subbands and partway through the time period. The first UE may transmit signaling to the third UE in the second subband partway through the time period and after transmitting the power reservation signal.
