    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel state information measurement method, including: receiving, by user equipment, configuration information for channel state information measurement from a radio network device, where the configuration information includes information about a resource for channel state information measurement and indicates information about a measurement attribute of the resource, and the measurement attribute includes channel measurement, or X types of interference measurement, or channel measurement and X types of interference measurement, where X is an integer greater than or equal to 1; and measuring, by the user equipment, channel state information based on the configuration information, and feeding back the channel state information. The method is intended to meet different requirements for channel state information measurement in different scenarios of coordinated multipoint in a future network.

    Abstract: A data transmission method and apparatus are provided. A terminal device obtains an antenna port allocation result indicating a first antenna port set and a second antenna port set. An antenna port in the first antenna port set is quasi co-located (QCL) with another antenna port in the first antenna port set, an antenna port in the second antenna port is QCL with another antenna port in the second antenna port set, and an antenna port in the first antenna port set is not QCL with an antenna port in the second antenna port set. The terminal device receives first data transmitted on an antenna port in the first antenna port set, and receives second data transmitted on an antenna port in the second antenna port set.

    Abstract: A signal scrambling method and apparatus, and a signal descrambling method and apparatus are disclosed. In the signal scrambling method, a communications apparatus scrambles a signal by using a scrambling sequence, and sends the scrambled signal. In the signal descrambling method, a communications apparatus receives a signal, and descrambles the signal by using a scrambling sequence. An initial value of the scrambling sequence is determined based on a time unit number corresponding to a frame structure parameter used for transmitting the signal, so that different scrambling sequences can be used to scramble signals that are transmitted by using different frame structure parameters. Therefore, interference randomization can be implemented for signal scrambling, and this can be applicable to various application scenarios in 5G NR to improve performance.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an MBSFN configuration method and a device, which may implement flexible configuration of an MBSFN, and improve radio resource utilization of a system. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a subframe configuration of an MBSFN subframe that is used to bear a physical multicast channel PMCH, where the subframe configuration includes a cyclic prefix CP type and/or a reference signal pattern; and sending, by the base station, MBSFN configuration information to user equipment UE, where the MBSFN configuration information is used to indicate the subframe configuration of the MBSFN subframe, where the CP type includes a normal CP, an extended CP, or another CP, and a length of the another CP is different from a length of the normal CP or a length of the extended CP.
