    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure describe methods, apparatuses, storage media, and systems for measurement gap (MG) configuration in an E-UTRA (Evolved Universal Terrestrial Radio Access)-New radio dual connectivity (EN-DC) network, and other new radio (NR) related networks. Various embodiments describe how to configure a measurement gap (MG) based on various conditions in a network, which may include, but are not limited to, different MG types, operating frequencies and modes in the network, timing advancing, and how to determine a starting point of the configured MG to utilize the MG and perform certain measurements adequately. Other embodiments may be described and claimed.

    Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for enhancement in NTN mobility. A cellular base station may serve as a source base station of a handover procedure from the source base station to a target non-terrestrial network (NTN) base station. The cellular base station may configure a parameter associated with the target NTN base station in a handover command, the parameter being related to NTN mobility, and send the handover command to a wireless device for use by the wireless device during the handover procedure. The wireless device may receive the handover command from the cellular base station, and perform the handover procedure using the parameter associated with the target NTN base station.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) and a network node can support sounding reference signals (SRS) based antenna beam pair selection for simultaneous uplink transmission with multi-panels by the UE. One or more antenna beam pairs of a UE having a first antenna panel and a second antenna panel may be used to transmit SRSs to a first transmission reception point (TRP) and a second TRP simultaneously using SRS resources configured by one or more SRS configuration sets from the network node. The UE can configure a SRS spatial filter for a SRS resource to indicate a direction of an antenna beam, while some of the SRS resource is configured by the one or more SRS configuration sets received from the network node. The network node can select an antenna beam pair among the one or more antenna beam pairs based on indications of signal strength of SRSs received.

    Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed for enhanced layer 3 (L3) measurement reporting that supports L3 measurement assisted group-based beam reporting (GBBR). Some embodiments include a user equipment (UE) that can receive a first reference signal from a network at a first angle of arrival (AoA), and receive a second reference signal from the network at a second AoA. The UE can perform L3 measurements on the first reference signal and the second reference signal, and generate and transmit to the network, an enhanced L3 measurement report that includes L3 measurements as well as: a corresponding identity of an antenna panel of the UE; bits that correlate an antenna panel with a respective L3 measurements, or an implication that the L3 measurements in the enhanced L3 measurement report correspond to different antenna panels. The UE can receive simultaneous downlink transmissions from the network that are based on the enhanced L3 measurement report.
