    Abstract: A display driver and a display driving method are provided. The display driving is adapted for driving a display panel and sensing an electrical characteristic of the display panel. The display driver includes a first amplifier circuit. The first amplifier circuit is coupled to the display panel. The first amplifier circuit includes a first driving circuit, a first sensing circuit and a first operational amplifier. The first operational amplifier is coupled to the display panel through a first driving line and a first sensing line. The first driving circuit is configured to provide a first driving signal to the display panel through the first operational amplifier and the first driving line during a driving period. The first sensing circuit is configured to receive a first sensing signal from the display panel through the first operational amplifier and the first sensing line during a first sensing period.

    Abstract: An electronic circuit, adapted to drive a display panel comprising touch sensors, is provided. The electronic circuit can include a display driving circuit, a timing circuit and a touch scan circuit. The display driving circuit drives a touch display panel. The timing circuit receives a flag signal from a processing circuit and generates a scan start signal according to the flag signal. The touch scan circuit generates a plurality of touch scan signals according to the scan start signal and a touch column synchronization signal. The touch scan circuit determines a start time of a touch frame period according to a pulse of the scan start signal. The scan start signal can be asynchronous or delayed with respect to a touch frame synchronization signal generated by the display driving circuit.

    Abstract: A sensing circuit for an organic light-emitting diode driver includes a sample and hold circuit and a gain amplifier. The sample and hold circuit is configured to sample a sensing signal received via an input terminal. The gain amplifier is coupled to the sample and hold circuit. The sample and hold circuit includes a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and a fourth switch. The first capacitor is coupled between the input terminal and the gain amplifier. The second capacitor is coupled between a reference terminal and the gain amplifier. The first switch is connected between the first capacitor and the input terminal. The second switch is connected between the second capacitor and the reference terminal. The third switch is connected between the first capacitor and the gain amplifier. The fourth switch is connected between the second capacitor and the gain amplifier.

    Abstract: A control circuit, coupled to a system processor and a display panel, includes a touch control circuit, a display control circuit and a fingerprint control circuit. The touch control circuit is configured to detect a finger touch on the display panel. The display control circuit is configured to control the display panel to display at least one light spot which indicates a position of the finger touch. The fingerprint control circuit is configured to perform fingerprint sensing through at least one fingerprint sensor corresponding to the position of the finger touch, and send fingerprint image data to the system processor, wherein the fingerprint image data corresponds to sensing signals received from the at least one fingerprint sensor. Wherein, each of the above steps is performed by the control circuit by keeping a display part of the system processor in a sleep status.

    Abstract: A quad flat no-lead (QFN) package structure including a lead frame, a semiconductor die, and an encapsulating material. The lead frame includes a die pad and a plurality of contacts surrounding the die pad. The semiconductor die is disposed on the die pad and electrically connected to the plurality of contacts, wherein a shortest distance between the semiconductor die and a first side of the die pad is shorter than a shortest distance between the semiconductor die to a second side of the die pad, and the first side is opposite to the second side. The encapsulating material encapsulates the lead frame and the semiconductor die and partially exposing the plurality of contacts, wherein an aspect ratio of the QFN package is substantially equal to or greater than 3.

    Abstract: A display driver circuit, configured to drive a display panel, includes a time recording circuit, a storage circuit, and an output control circuit. The time recording circuit calculates a first time interval between a first vertical synchronous pulse and a second vertical synchronous pulse subsequent to the first vertical synchronous pulse. The storage circuit stores a display data corresponding to the first vertical synchronous pulse when the first vertical synchronous pulse is received by the display driver circuit. The output control circuit is coupled with the time recording circuit and the storage circuit. When the display driver circuit receives the second vertical synchronous pulse, the output control circuit outputs data pieces, generated by dividing the display data, to the display panel. The data pieces are outputted at second time intervals, and each of the second time intervals is positively correlated with the first time interval.

    Abstract: A fingerprint identification device and a fingerprint identification method are provided. The fingerprint identification device includes a self-emitting display panel, a fingerprint sensor and a processor. The self-emitting display panel displays at least one light pattern in a sensing region. The fingerprint sensor senses a finger object located above the sensing region of the self-emitting display panel to generate a first fingerprint image and a second fingerprint image corresponding to the at least one light pattern. The processor is coupled to the fingerprint sensor. The processor determines whether the first fingerprint image and the second fingerprint image have opposite tones to identify the finger object is a real finger or a fake finger.
