Abstract: A method for receiving downlink control information (DCI) in a communication system is provided. The method includes identifying a starting resource block of the allocated resource associated with an active bandwidth part based on a starting resource block associated with the initial bandwidth part and a scaling parameter, when a size for the DCI of DCI format 1_0 in a user equipment (UE) specific search space (USS) is derived from a size of the initial bandwidth part and the DCI of DCI format 1_0 is applied to the active bandwidth part, and identifying a length of contiguously allocated resource blocks of the allocated resource associated with the active bandwidth part based on a length contiguously allocated resource blocks associated with the initial bandwidth part and the scaling parameter.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a communication scheme for convergence of an IoT technology and a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate beyond a 4G system, and a system therefor. The present disclosure may be applied to an intelligent service (for example, a smart phone, a smart building, a smart city, a smart car or connected car, healthcare, digital education, retail business, a security and security related service, or the like) on the basis of a 5G communication technology and an IoT related technology. The present invention proposes a method and an apparatus for minimizing an uplink interference and avoiding unnecessary transmission power consumption of a terminal, by defining a method for setting uplink transmission power of the terminal in a mobile communication system. According to the present invention, a method for a terminal in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: transmitting a random access preamble; receiving a random access response including a power control command; determining transmission power of uplink data on the basis of whether a beam through which the random access preamble has been transmitted is changed; and transmitting the uplink data on the basis of the transmission power.

Abstract: Systems, base stations, terminals, and methods for group-selective channel feedback in a wireless communication system are described. In one signal measurement method for a base station supporting Multiuser Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MU-MIMO), the base station allocates a group identifier to a terminal group for performing and reporting signal measurements simultaneously. When the base station transmits control information including the group identifier, each one of terminals belonging to the terminal group performs signal measurement, generates signal measurement feedback, and simultaneously transmits the signal measurement feedback to the base station.

A method for transmitting data in a wireless communication system includes transmitting configuration information on rate matching including information on a rate matching resource group to a terminal; transmitting aggregation information indicating a number of a plurality of slots for multi-slot scheduling to the terminal; transmitting scheduling information including a rate matching indicator indicating whether rate matching based on the rate matching resource group is performed; identifying a resource for transmitting data based on the aggregation information and the rate matching indicator; and transmitting data on the resource in the plurality of slots, wherein the resource in the plurality of slots is identified by excluding resources indicated by the rate matching indicator.
