    Abstract: A display panel is provided. The display panel may include a glass, a driver formed on a first surface of the glass, and a circuit layer formed on a second surface of the glass. The circuit layer may include a plurality of pixel circuits configured to drive a plurality of micro light emitting diodes (LEDs) forming a plurality of pixels of the display panel; a plurality of driving circuits which are respectively connected to the driver via wiring formed over at least one side surface of the glass, and configured to supply driving signals to the plurality of pixel circuits based on signals received from the driver; and a plurality of redundancy driving circuits connected to the plurality of respective driving circuits in parallel, the plurality of redundancy driving circuits having a same circuit structure as the plurality of respective driving circuits.

    Abstract: An electronic device according to an embodiment may include a housing, a display exposed through at least part of a first surface of the housing, an image sensor, a processor operatively connected with the display and the image sensor, and a memory operatively connected with the processor, wherein the memory may store instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to detect a touch of a finger of a user on the image sensor, while displaying a user interface using the display, in response to detecting the touch, while the touch of the finger is maintained on the image sensor, change the user interface in an area of the display within a preset distance from the image sensor, and acquire biometric information of the user based on reflection light of light emitted from the display, where the reflection light is acquired using the image sensor.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a driving circuit layer disposed on a glass that includes a first driving circuit and a second driving circuit, and an inorganic light emitting device mounted on the driving circuit layer to be electrically connected to the first driving circuit. The inorganic light emitting device includes a sub pixel of the display panel. The first driving circuit is located in an area where the inorganic light emitting device is mounted, while the second driving circuit is arranged in an area excluding an area in which the first driving circuit is arranged in the driving circuit layer. The second driving circuit generates a control signal for driving the first driving circuit and provide the generated control signal to the first driving circuit.

    Abstract: A display panel is provided. In the display panel, a plurality of pixels respectively including a plurality of sub pixels are arranged in a matrix form on a glass. Each of the plurality of sub pixels includes a driving circuit disposed on the glass and configured to receive a PAM data voltage and a PWM data voltage, and an inorganic light emitting device configured to emit a light based on a driving current provided from the driving circuit. The PAM data voltage is applied at once to the plurality of pixels included in the display panel. The driving circuit compensates a deviation between driving circuits included in each of the plurality of sub pixels based on a driving voltage of the driving circuit, and controls a pulse width of a driving current having an amplitude corresponding to the applied PAM data voltage based on the applied PWM data voltage.
