    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, an apparatus may receive a configuration indicating a set of non-public networks (NPNs), wherein the configuration includes at least one of: a time condition for accessing the set of NPNs, or a location condition for accessing the set of NPNs. The apparatus may scanning for the set of NPNs based at least in part on the configuration. The apparatus may register with an available NPN, of the set of NPNs, based at least in part on the time condition or the location condition being met for the available NPN.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network entity may obtain a first message indicating one or more artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) capabilities of a user equipment (UE) and may further obtain, from an AI/ML service, a second message indicating one or more AI/ML service capabilities of the AI/ML service. The network entity may output a control message indicating one or more cross-node AI/ML configurations based on the one or more AI/ML capabilities of the UE and the one or more AI/ML service capabilities of the AI/ML service. The one or more cross-node AI/ML configurations may configure AI/ML functions of the UE for use with the AI/ML service. In some examples, life cycle management (LCM) procedures may be triggered by a UE, and the UE may transmit signaling associated with the LCM procedures (e.g., a request for LCM signaling or an indication of LCM).

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message indicating one or more decryption keys for multicast and broadcast service (MBS) communications within a geographic service area supported by one or more cells of a non-terrestrial network (NTN) or a terrestrial network (TN). The UE may also receive geographic information associated with the geographic coverage area, synchronization information associated with the one or more cells, prioritization information associated with the one or more cells, or a combination thereof. Accordingly, the UE may receive an MBS message via the one or more cells, and may decrypt the MBS message based on the control message, the geographic information, the synchronization information, the prioritization information, or a combination thereof. The techniques described herein may enable the UE to receive encrypted MBS communications within the geographic service area.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to on-demand ultra-reliable, low-latency communication (URLLC) are provided. In one embodiment, a base station (BS) receives, from a user equipment (UE) in a first cell frequency, a request for a protocol data unit (PDU) session over a network slice. The BS receives, from a core network entity, a resource configuration request for the PDU session over the network slice. The BS transmits, to the core network entity, a resource configuration response indicating a cause for rejecting the resource configuration request. In one embodiment, a UE transmits, in a first cell frequency of a network, a network registration request message requesting a network slice of the network that is not provided by the first cell frequency. The UE receives a network registration response message indicating the network slice is allowed based on a second cell frequency of the network providing the network slice requested.
