Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for skipping or using actual repetitions. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, a configuration indicating resources for a first repetition and a second repetition in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH). In certain aspects, the method may also include transmitting the first repetition, wherein the first repetition includes a larger symbol length than the second repetition, the resources for the first repetition multiplex a plurality of transmissions from first UEs including the UE, the resources for the second repetition multiplex a plurality of transmissions from second UEs, and a quantity of the first UEs is larger than a quantity of the second UEs.

Abstract: A method for wireless communication by a UE includes receiving, from a base station, DCI indicating both a semi-persistent schedule for PDSCH occasions within a transmission window and a first quantity of a first group of empty PDSCH occasions. The PDSCH occasions may include the first group of empty PDSCH occasions and a second group of non-empty PDSCH occasions. The method also includes receiving, from the base station, downlink data transmissions within the transmission window based on the semi-persistent schedule. The method further includes transmitting, to the base station, a feedback message indicating a second quantity of either a first group of NACKs associated with the first group of empty PDSCH occasions or a second group of NACKs associated with the second group of non-empty PDSCH occasions based on a total quantity of both the first group of NACKs and the second group of NACKs being greater than the first quantity.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a power headroom report (PHR) including data indicating power headroom (PH) for the UE, the PH indicating a difference between a maximum output power of the UE and an actual transmission power. The UE may adjust an energy harvesting reception process based at least in part on the PH satisfying a first threshold. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for radio frequency energy harvesting (RF-EH). In an aspect, a device (e.g., UE, BS, etc.) transmits a time division duplex (TDD) resource configuration that includes an indication of a set of symbols associated with RF-EH. The devices transmit energy on resources associated with the first set of symbols. The UE performs dedicated RF-EH on resources associated with the first of symbols (e.g., to harvest the RF energy transmitted by the device).

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to techniques for dynamically triggering or skipping channel state feedback (CSF). A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a network entity, a configuration indicating CSF reporting occasions, receiving a downlink (DL) transmission, and transmitting CSF on only some CSF reporting occasions after receiving the DL transmission when one or more trigger conditions are met. According to certain aspects, when one or more trigger conditions are not met, the UE skips at least some CSF reporting occasions.
