Abstract: In a cell handover method and apparatus, first network device of a first cell obtains user information of a terminal device, and then the first network device may determine handover information based on the user information and running information of the first network device, so that after the first network device sends an RRC message including the handover information to the terminal device, the terminal device may perform N consecutive cell handovers based on the handover information. In the N cell handovers, the first network device only needs to obtain the user information once, to configure handover conditions for the N subsequent handovers in advance at a time. This simplifies a network signaling procedure, reduces network overheads, and reduces handover response time. The embodiments of this disclosure are applicable to a network handover in a satellite scenario.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a wireless communication method, and an apparatus. The method includes: A first communication apparatus receives first satellite information from a second communication apparatus, where the first satellite information includes a floating-point value of a satellite parameter; the first communication apparatus determines second satellite information based on a reference value of the satellite parameter and the first satellite information; and communicates with the second communication apparatus based on the second satellite information. The second satellite information is a complete value of the satellite parameter. The satellite parameter is represented as the reference value and the floating-point value.

Abstract: This application provides an antenna assembly, including two antenna boards that are placed in a stacked manner. Polarization manners of the two antenna boards are perpendicular to each other, and the two antenna boards are configured to separate a received electromagnetic wave into a horizontal polarization component and a vertical polarization component. A bias voltage is applied to a liquid crystal dielectric layer in the two antenna boards to change ratios of reflection power to transmission power of the two antenna boards, to change a ratio of reflection power of the two polarization components that are obtained through separation, and implement linear polarization at different angles after vector synthesis is performed on the two polarization components. In this way, receive power of an antenna is increased.

Abstract: Embodiments of the application provide a method for transmitting data in a wireless communication network. A device of the network receives a bit sequence of K information bits. The device polar codes the bit sequence to obtain a first encoded sequence, wherein a length of the first encoded sequence is N, and N is greater than or equal to K. The device block interleaves the first encoded sequence to obtain an interleaved bit sequence. The device determines a transmission code rate R. When the transmission code rate R is less than the code rate threshold, the device outputs a second bit sequence. The length of the second bit sequence is M, M is smaller than N. The second bit sequence is punctured from the interleaved bit sequence by removing (N−M) bits from beginning of the interleaved bit sequence.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to a method for controlling an antenna polarization direction and an antenna system. A first feed array and a second feed array whose polarization directions are orthogonal are disposed in the antenna system. A polarization direction of a beam of a third planar array may be adjusted by adjusting parameters such as beam widths/a beam width of the first feed array and/or the second feed array, phase centers/a phase center of the first feed array and/or the second feed array, and a phase difference between the first feed array and the second feed array.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to service satellite running status diagnosis methods and apparatuses. In one example method, a ground user terminal detects attribute information of a service beam, where the service beam is transmitted by a service satellite. If the attribute information of the service beam is abnormal, the ground user terminal generates an evaluation report of the service beam, and sends the evaluation report to a satellite controller. The satellite controller receives a plurality of evaluation reports sent by a plurality of ground user terminals, and generates a diagnosis report of the service beam based on the plurality of evaluation reports.

Abstract: This application provides a signal transmission method and an apparatus. A network device broadcasts a navigation reference signal and a communication signal. A terminal device may determine its position information based on the navigation reference signal. A communication sequence in the communication signal and a navigation sequence in the navigation reference signal are coupled by using a same even-number-stage m-sequence, so that the terminal device is supported in completing an integrated communication and navigation function based on the broadcast signal.
