    摘要: A battery connector system includes a tray assembly configured to be mounted to a battery module made from a plurality of battery cells. The tray assembly includes a tray and a plurality of busbars held by the tray. The tray having a base with channels extending through the base. The channels receive cell tabs from corresponding battery cells. The tray has a tray connector configured to mate with an electrical connector. The busbars are aligned with corresponding channels and configured to be electrically connected to corresponding cell tabs. The busbars are coupled to the tray. The busbars have pins positioned in the tray connector for direct connection with the electrical connector. Optionally, the battery connector system may include a wire harness connector configured to be coupled to the tray connector that includes a housing holding a plurality of terminals being terminated to corresponding wires configured to be routed to a centralized battery management system and the battery connector system may include a circuit board connector configured to be coupled to the tray connector that has a housing holding a circuit board with a plurality of terminals mounted thereto. Either the wire harness connector or the circuit board connector is selectively coupled to the tray connector to define a centralized or decentralized battery management system, respectively.

The first shield end of the metallized fabric body is dressed over the first electrical connector. The second shield end of the metallized fabric body is dressed over the second electrical connector.

The first signal conductor has a height and a thickness taken transverse to a direction of the respective path and includes a flag segment and a base segment. The height of the first signal conductor along the flag segment is greater than the height of the first signal conductor along the base segment. The electrical connector also includes a dielectric body extending between the mating and mounting sides and surrounding the conductor pair. The dielectric body has a signal-control trench that extends along and exposes the flag segment to an air dielectric. The signal-control trench has a height that is measured along the height of the flag segment. The height of the signal-control trench is less than the height of the flag segment.

The system further has a cable anchoring assembly for anchoring a strength member of a secondary cable to the secondary cable tube. The cable anchoring assembly is supported by the secondary cable tube adjacent the second end of the secondary cable tube.

A first pick-up antenna is adjacent the first transmit integrated circuit and conveys the first signal along a first transmission line to a first propagation antenna. A second pick-up antenna is adjacent the second transmit integrated circuit and conveys the second signal along a second transmission line to a second propagation antenna. The first and second propagation antennas transmit the first and second signals to a propagation path at different and separable polarizations to allow duplex communication with the propagation path.
