Abstract: According to embodiments of the disclosure, a gate driving circuit and a display device may include four buffer groups for driving 4k scan lines, two common logic units for controlling the four buffer groups, and a common sensing circuit controlling to output a sensing driving scan signal to at least one scan line among the 4k scan lines. Thus, it is possible to allow the gate driving circuit to have a low-area structure and to reduce the bezel area of the display device.

Abstract: It is an object to decrease the number of transistors connected to a capacitor. In a structure, a capacitor and one transistor are included, one electrode of the capacitor is connected to a wiring, and the other electrode of the capacitor is connected to a gate of the transistor. Since a clock signal is input to the wiring, the clock signal is input to the gate of the transistor through the capacitor. Then, on/off of the transistor is controlled by a signal which synchronizes with the clock signal, so that a period when the transistor is on and a period when the transistor is off are repeated. In this manner, deterioration of the transistor can be suppressed.

Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel including an active area and a peripheral area adjacent to the active area and including a plurality of pixels overlapping the active area and a scan driving circuit overlapping a portion of each of the active area and the peripheral area. The scan driving circuit is configured to drive the plurality of pixels. A sensing sensor is disposed on the display panel and includes first sensing electrodes and second sensing electrodes overlapping the active area and insulated from each other and sensing lines connected to the first sensing electrodes and the second sensing electrodes. The plurality of pixels include: first pixels that do not overlap the scan driving circuit; and second pixels that overlap the scan driving circuit, wherein at least a portion of the sensing lines overlaps the scan driving circuit.

A ninth transistor is connected between the second node and a bias power line. A sixth transistor is connected between the third node and a fifth node. A light emitting element is electrically connected between the fifth node and a second power line. A gate electrode of the eighth transistor and a gate electrode of the sixth transistor are connected to different gate lines.
