    摘要： The retention stud is used to retain insulating panels in upright condition. The retention stud comprises elongated first and second spaced-apart side walls each defining in cross-section a front end and a rear end; at least one transverse wall integrally linking the first and second side walls spacedly from each other; elongated spaced-apart first front and rear flanges attached to the first side wall and extending away from the first and second side walls, with the first front flange being located frontwardly of the first rear flange along the first side wall; and elongated spaced-apart second front and rear flanges attached to the second side wall and extending away from the first and second side walls, with the second front flange being located frontwardly of the second rear flange along the second side wall. The first front and rear flanges and the first side wall define a first opened side channel for inserting the edge portion of a first insulating panel therein. The second front and rear flanges and the second side wall define a second opened side channel for inserting the edge portion of a second insulating panel therein.

    摘要： A storage container and method of storage that safely protects objects and allows convenient access. The invention is particularly useful for the parking of more than one automobile using the same space necessary to park just one automobile. The invention is an enclosure to be used as a parking capsule for automobiles or for the storage of other desired items. The invention resembles a capsule that is used to store items in a protected environment. The capsulized system contains known retractable mechanisms that move the storage base from a stored position inside the capsule to an extended position allowing convenient access to the storage area. The capsule's uniquely designed cover provides for an area to be treated with material so as to blend into the surrounding surface. For example, the cover allows for grass if the capsule were to be installed in a home yard, or the cover area is filled with cement, dirt, concrete or black top, when the capsule is placed in a street or road.

    摘要： A tabletop high relocateable shelter for protecting individuals from dangerous conditions such as hurricanes, tornadoes and the like, that can withstand winds of approximately 450 mph. The shelter can be attached and detached from a concrete foundation. A rectangular frame that is formed from L-shaped longitudinal members are fastened together and can be anchored to the concrete foundation by hook ended anchor bolts that have exposed threaded ends that nuts can attach thereto, or by concrete type bolts made for that purpose. Removable panels can be attached to the outside of the frame to form walls and a roof using fasteners such as screws and bolts. A door can be attached to an opening in the side of the frame, and include L-shaped members that form door braces and hinge guards that allow the door to stay in a stationary closed position. Slideable latching members can further hold the door in a locked position. The latching members can be accessible from outside the shelter to open the door and also be accessible from inside the shelter to open the door. The latching members can include outside handle ends, longitudinal bar portions and tip ends that slide in and out of mateable openings in the side edge of the free-end of the door. The entire structure can be easily assembled and disassembled with ease. The shelter can be formed from strong suitable materials such as null inch carbon steel plates. The shelter is sized large enough to allow plural persons to sit or crouch inside. The novel shelter size can be used inside a garage, carport, and the like, where there is still ample place between vehicles stored in the garage and the shelter. The shelter roof is useable as a tabletop work surface such as for use as a workbench.
