摘要: A freight vehicle includes a chassis, a body portion having therein a vehicle cabin in which an occupant rides and supported by a front end of the chassis, a tilt mechanism that is provided on the chassis and that tilts the body portion with respect to the chassis, a tank that is disposed on the body portion and stores gas, a gas consuming unit that is supported by the chassis and supplied with the gas to consume the gas, and a pipe that connects the tank and the gas consuming unit and through which the gas flows. At least a part of the pipe is composed of a flexible pipe having a first end fixed to the body portion and a second end fixed to the chassis.

摘要: A commercial motor vehicle having a chassis, an engine compartment defined between parallel elongate beams of the chassis, and a driver cabin positioned at least partially over the engine compartment. The driver cabin being supported on the chassis by spaced resilient suspension devices, and includes an upper cabin part and a lower cabin part. The upper cabin part is tiltable to allow access to the engine compartment by being hinged about a lower edge, while the lower cabin part remains associated with the chassis when the upper cabin part is tilted. The lower part of the driver cabin is supported by the resilient suspension devices.

摘要: The steering angles of front wheels 3f and rear wheels 3r of a vehicle 1 can be respectively controlled by a front wheel steering angle control actuator 35 and a rear wheel steering angle control actuator 44. If a steering wheel 20 is operated in a turning direction of the vehicle 1 while the vehicle 1 is traveling in a straight line, then a controller 60 changes the steering angle of the front wheels 3f to approach to a steering angle specified on the basis of an operation amount after the steering wheel 20 is operated, and also controls the front wheel steering angle control actuator 35 and the rear wheel steering angle control actuator 44 to change the steering angles of the rear wheels 3r to the opposite direction of the turning direction of the vehicle 1 immediately after the steering wheel 20 is operated.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a cab suspension for a tiltable cab of a commercial vehicle, preferably a front cab-suspension. The cab suspension includes two brackets for mounting on a frame construction of the commercial vehicle in a manner fixed to the frame, a vibration construction for damping movements of the cab while the commercial vehicle is travelling, wherein the vibration construction has two lateral bearing portions and a cross-element connecting the bearing portions, and a torsion-bar construction for tilting the cab. The cab suspension is particularly notable in that the brackets have a ramp structure along which the vibration construction may be guided backwards and upwards in the event of a frontal collision and/or the vibration construction and the torsion-bar construction are functionally separate from one another.

When loading into a container, the cab of the forklift truck is tilted forward to a preset angle, so that the overall height of the forklift truck is reduced to a height suitable for loading in a container, and the locating mechanism is used to locate the cab, so that the cab is kept in a state in which it is tilted forward to a preset angle.

摘要: A pump module mountable to a chassis of a fire truck includes a pump assembly having a water pump and plumbing connected to the water pump. A lower housing defines an enclosure that includes opposed exterior panels, opposed interior panels and a top opening defined by an upper perimeter. At least one of the exterior panels maintains a fluid connection to the plumbing of the pump assembly. At least one of the interior panels includes an interior opening to accommodate the chassis and a connection between the water pump and an engine. An upper housing defines a lower perimeter that can be positioned with respect to the upper perimeter of the lower housing. The upper housing transitions between a first, operating position wherein the lower perimeter engages the upper perimeter, and a second, open position wherein the lower perimeter is spaced apart from the upper perimeter.
