摘要： A safety cap is provided to be worn on the head of a diver such as a scuba diver or snorkelor, for protection against contusions, abrasions, incisions, lacerations and the like. The safety cap comprises an exterior, unitary shell of part-spherical configuration made of flexible plastic, to provide a smooth outer surface. The flexible plastic is of sufficient strength to resist small impact loads. A continuous interior liner of open cell foam is secured within the exterior shell to act as padding and to provide a thermally protective layer for the diver's head. A pair of straps are provided, each one being secured to a side of the shell. Each strap is of a length and provided with securing means respectively for looping and securing about a proximal portion of a head strap of diver's face mask or goggles when worn by the diver. The cap is easy to wear and provides significantly improved protection for divers against minor, low impact head injuries.

摘要： A new type of watersports equipment that allows sports participants the opportunity to engage in their particular watersport at night. The sports participant wears a headpiece made of rubber, plastic or some other suitable material to which may be affixed any number of suitably sized waterproof lights. The lights can either be attached directly and permanently to the headpiece or can be housed in an enclosure with the lens or lenses showing through.The headpiece can be firmly attached to the wearer's head by different combinations of straps and fasteners. If necessary the invention can have an auxiliary power source carried by the wearer. The nighttime watersports illuminator can be used in a number of different watersports. It can increase the duration of the wearer's available time of participation in his or her particular sport by allowing the activity to be conducted after dark.

The hat is pleated adjacent to the front periphery and has a brim which can either project over the wearer's forehead or tuck back beneath the crown of the hat. 摘要： A tape of predetermined length including a base strip, a first adhesive on one side of the base strip for attachment to the inner surface of a bathing or shower cap around the opening therein; and a second adhesive on the other side of the base strip for attachment to the skin of the cap user to seal entry of water into the cap during use. The tape is provided separately from the cap and further includes two elongated cover strips respectively covering the adhesives on the opposite sides of the base strip. In use, one cover strip is removed to expose the underlying adhesive for attaching the tape to the cap. The cap is then placed on the head and the other strip is removed for sealing the tape to the skin. Indicia is provided on one or both cover strips to indicate which side of the tape should be applied to the cap or skin of the user. Additionally, tabs are provided at the opposite ends of the cover strips for facilitating removal thereof.
