摘要: A drive device includes a rotor, a stator, a housing including an accommodation portion to store oil and accommodate the rotor and the stator, a pump driven through a motor shaft, and a valve in the housing. The pump includes a pump room in the housing, a suction port through which the oil is to be sucked into the pump room, and a discharge port through which the oil is to be discharged from the pump room. The housing includes a first oil passage connected to the discharge port and a branch oil passage that is connected to the first oil passage and is open to an inside of the accommodation portion on an upper side in a vertical direction of the stator. The motor shaft includes a second oil passage located in the motor shaft and connected to the first oil passage and a first through-hole connecting the second oil passage and an outer circumferential surface of the motor shaft. The valve is provided in the branch oil passage, and switched between a closed state in which a flow of the oil in the branch oil passage is blocked and an open state in which the flow of the oil in the branch oil passage is permitted.

摘要: An electric pump includes a pump portion including a pump housing and a gear pump which is housed in the pump housing, the pump portion suctioning and discharging a hydraulic fluid by a rotation of the gear pump. The electric pump also includes a motor portion arranged adjacent to the pump portion in a direction along an axis of the pump portion and including a rotor which rotates synchronously with the gear pump and coaxially with the axis, the motor portion including a stator which is arranged at an outer periphery of the rotor and disposed coaxially with the axis, the stator applying a rotation drive force to the rotor. The electric pump further includes a resin portion integrally surrounding at least an outer periphery of the pump housing and an outer periphery of the stator.

摘要: A liquid pump/motor combination powered by an electric motor, preferably, an oil pump or reducing-agent pump with an electric motor, a positive displacement pump and a bearing shield arranged between the electric motor and the positive displacement pump. The liquid pump/motor combination comprises a positive displacement pump; an electric motor; and a bearing shield having a contact face, the bearing shield arranged between the electric motor and the positive displacement pump. A spherical bearing is accommodated in the bearing shield, the spherical bearing, under application of a force, being able to swivel to a limited extent. A connecting shaft is accommodated in the spherical bearing. The connecting shaft is positioned between the electric motor and the pump. An annular bearing gap, filled with liquid, is between the inside diameter of the spherical bearing and the connecting shaft. The arrangement functions as a hydrodynamic sliding bearing.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a pump and motor assembly assembled in a waterproof enclosure with external threaded connections for pump suction and discharge. The motor can be directly connected to a flexible coupling to a bi-rotational internal gear pump, having self-adjusting mechanical seals and cast iron housing. The pump and motor assembly can be mounted on a sliding base for easy access. Flex hoses can be used to connect pump suction and discharge to couplings attached to the pump enclosure. A discriminating leak detector can be installed at the low point of the pump enclosure to detect and annunciate the presence of oil and/or water.

A partition wall is disposed between the low-pressure oil chamber and the high-pressure oil chamber for separating the low-pressure oil chamber and the high-pressure oil chamber. An engine cover comprising the oil pump and an engine comprising the engine cover are also provided.
