Abstract: A touch sensor-antenna module includes a touch sensor electrode layer including a plurality of sensing electrodes and traces electrically connected to the sensing electrodes, and an antenna electrode layer disposed over the touch sensor electrode layer or under the touch sensor electrode layer. The antenna electrode layer includes an antenna pattern that does not overlap the traces in a planar view. An electrical interference from the traces may be reduced to improve an antenna signal property.

Abstract: An antenna device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a dielectric layer, and an antenna pattern disposed on the dielectric layer. The antenna pattern includes a mesh structure in which unit cells defined by a plurality of electrode lines are assembled. A minimum distance between opposite sides facing each other in the unit cell is from 20 μm to 225 μm, and a line width of the electrode line is from 0.5 μm to 5 μm. A visual recognition of electrodes may be suppressed and a signal sensitivity may be enhanced by using the unit cell structure.

The hole transport layer includes a thermally conductive inorganic structure including a plurality of nanoparticles and having pores surrounded by the nanoparticles and a hole transport organic material located in the pores, in which the nanoparticles include at least one inorganic material selected from the group consisting of a metal oxide and a metal nitride, whereby the hole transport layer not only effectively dissipates heat from the inside of devices but also avoids interfering with hole transport when applied to devices, thereby maintaining the high efficiency of solar cells and also greatly improving thermal and long-term stability thereof.
