    Abstract: The present disclosure provide a resource scheduling method, apparatus, and UE. The method includes: receiving target configuration information, where the target configuration information is used for configuring N candidate resource groups, the N candidate resource groups support scheduling by downlink control information (DCI) capable of simultaneously scheduling a plurality of resources, and at least one candidate resource group in the N candidate resource groups is a resource group including at least two candidate resources; performing a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) blind detection in search spaces corresponding to the N candidate resource groups according to the target configuration information to obtain first DCI; and transmitting data on a target resource actually scheduled by the first DCI, where the target resource includes a candidate resource in one candidate resource group in the N candidate resource groups, and N is a positive integer.

    Abstract: A CSI-RS indicating method and a device are provided. The method includes: receiving paging DCI, wherein the paging DCI indicates one or more of the following: whether to transmit CSI-RS; whether to update CSI-RS configuration information; and whether to update system information, the system information including the CSI-RS configuration information. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, a terminal can determine whether to transmit CSI-RS or whether to update CSI-RS configuration information according to the received paging DCI; in a case that the paging DCI indicates to transmit CSI-RS, the terminal receives the CSI-RS; and in a case that the paging DCI indicates to update the CSI-RS configuration information, the terminal acquires updated CSI-RS configuration information and receives CSI-RS according to the updated CSI-RS configuration information.

The receiving method includes: receiving a power-saving signal, wherein the power-saving signal is used to indicate a terminal state for a serving cell, and the power-saving signal is further used to indicate a behavior of the terminal; the terminal state is one of dormancy and non-dormancy; the behavior of the terminal includes at least one of the following: whether to start a DRX onduration timer, and whether to monitor a PDCCH of the serving cell; and the PDCCH is a PDCCH corresponding to a DRX onduration timer associated with the power-saving signal.
