Abstract: An electronic device and an operation method of the electronic device are disclosed in various embodiments. The electronic device may include a first communication processor in primary cellular communication with a primary node and a second communication processor in primary cellular communication with a secondary node, wherein the first communication processor may be configured to control to receive a request signal requesting for measurement of quality of the secondary cellular communication from the primary node, transmit a signal requesting to the second communication processor for measurement of the quality of the secondary cellular communication to the second communication processor at a predetermined interval based on receipt of the request signal, receive a secondary cellular communication quality measurement result from the second communication processor, and adjust the predetermined interval based on the measurement result. Other various embodiments are possible.

The electronic device obtains access technology identifier (ATI) information associated with one public land mobile network (PLMN) from the subscriber identification module and performs frequency scanning by using the first wireless communication circuit, when the ATI information indicates a next generation radio access network (NG-RAN) associated with the first RAT.

Abstract: An electronic device comprises a first transceiver configured to transmit/receive data via a first communication network, a second transceiver configured to transmit/receive data via a second communication network, and at least one communication processor electrically connected with at least one of the first transceiver and the second transceiver, wherein the at least one communication processor is configured to identify transmission of transmission data via the first communication network, upon transmission of the transmission data via the first communication network, identify whether there is transmission data to be transmitted via the second communication network from a PDCP buffer, and when it is identified that there is no transmission data to be transmitted via the second communication network, perform control to transmit the transmission data to be transmitted via the first communication network, via the first transceiver, based on second maximum transmission power larger than preset first maximum transmission power.

The current flowing through the second transistor may be determined based on the current flowing in the drain terminal of the first transistor.
