    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit an indication of a set of frequency bands supported for uplink transmission switching between frequency bands, the frequency bands including one or more bandwidth parts. The UE may transmit an indication of a subset of the set of frequency bands, the subset supported for dynamic uplink transmission switching between the frequency bands. The UE may transmit one or more uplink communications via one or more frequency bands of the subset of the set of frequency bands. Numerous other aspects are described.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine an average energy level radiated by the UE over a time period. The UE may determine whether the average energy level radiated by the UE over the time period exceeds a maximum permissible exposure (MPE) limit. The UE may transmit, to base station, a medium access control (MAC) control element (MAC-CE) that includes information related to a power management maximum power reduction (P-MPR) applied at the UE and/or an uplink duty cycle in effect at the UE based at least in part on the average energy level radiated by the UE over the time period exceeding the MPE limit.     Abstract: The base station may receive a first indication that the UE supports NR-CA with multiple PUCCH groups or NR-DC with multiple cell groups and a second indication that the UE does not support simultaneous Rx/Tx in a first frequency band and a second frequency band, and schedule communication with the UE to avoid scheduling the simultaneous Rx/Tx based on the first and second indications. The base station may avoid scheduling simultaneous Rx/Tx in a first cell group or a first PUCCH group including the first frequency band and a second cell group or a second PUCCH group including the second frequency band. The UE may skip reporting to the base station that the UE supports the NR-DC or the NR-CA with the first frequency band and the second frequency band.
