Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station (BS), an indication of an access link discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration and a sidelink DRX configuration. The access link DRX configuration and the sidelink DRX configuration may synchronize access link DRX operation and sidelink DRX operation of the UE. The UE may perform access link communication with the BS based at least in part on the access link DRX configuration and/or may perform sidelink communication with another UE based at least in part on the sidelink DRX configuration. The UE may identify a second set of resources for a sidelink communication between the first UE and a second UE. The UE may identify a scheduling conflict between the first set of resources for the access link communication and the second set of resources for the sidelink communication. The UE may drop at least a portion of the first set of resources for the access link communication or the second set of resources for the sidelink communication based at least in part on the identification of the scheduling conflict and a prioritization rule. Abstract: An apparatus for wireless communication based on sidelink accumulates a value, e.g., a token value, based on an accumulation rate of a transmit beam. When the apparatus has a packet for transmission over sidelink, the apparatus determines whether to transmit the packet over the sidelink based on a current accumulation of the value. The accumulation may be based on any of a CBR, a CR, and/or a feedback rate. A base station may measure interference on an access link of the base station and transmit a side link parameter that controls accumulation of a value at a transmitting device for the transmission of sidelink communication based on the measured interference.

A first sidelink device may receive reservation information from a first plurality of sidelink devices and schedule a second plurality of sidelink devices based on the reservation information.

Abstract: The present implementations relate to codeblock concatenation for improved vulnerable symbol handling. For example, a transmitter user equipment (UE) may, for each of the first codeblock and the second codeblock, a first number of coded bits to be mapped to the first number of resource elements satisfying a vulnerability condition and the second number of resource elements not satisfying a vulnerability condition. The UE further extracts, for each of the first codeblock and the second codeblock, a subset of the first number of coded bits and a subset of the second number of coded bits. The UE further concatenates the subset of the first and second number of coded bits from the first codeblock and the second codeblock, and generates a concatenated codeblock for transmission including the concatenated subset of the first number of coded bits and the concatenated subset of the second number of coded bits.

The apparatus generally includes a processing system configured to determine a size of a transport block for a data channel based on a quantity of available resource elements of an allocation of resources for the transport block, the resources being allocated for transmission of data encoded in a plurality of slots of the data channel using slot aggregation, wherein the allocated resources in the plurality of slots have different quantities of available resource elements for the data, and generate the data channel in accordance with the determined size of the transport block, and an interface configured output the data channel for transmission.

Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus may include a receiving UE that is configured to receive at least a portion of a message for a service group, measure a signal strength for the message received, and determine whether to send feedback based on the signal strength measured for the message. In some aspects, a transmitting UE is configured to determine an intended range for a service group, and transmit a message for the service group based, at least in part, on the intended range. In some aspects, the transmitting UE is configured to receive HARQ feedback from at least one receiving UE, measure a signal strength for the HARQ feedback, and determine whether to resend the message based on the signal strength measured for the HARQ feedback.
