    Abstract: The method in embodiments of this application includes: A first communication apparatus obtains a first transport block. The first communication apparatus converts the first transport block into S information segments. The first communication apparatus performs pre-processing on the S information segments based on X processing modes, to obtain G information groups, where each of the G information groups corresponds to one of the X processing modes, G is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The first communication apparatus determines C to-be-encoded code blocks based on the G information groups, and a sum of sizes of the C to-be-encoded code blocks is less than a size of the first transport block. The first communication apparatus performs channel coding on the C to-be-encoded code blocks, to obtain an encoded code block. The first communication apparatus outputs the encoded code block.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a wireless communication method, and an apparatus. The method includes: A first communication apparatus receives first satellite information from a second communication apparatus, where the first satellite information includes a floating-point value of a satellite parameter; the first communication apparatus determines second satellite information based on a reference value of the satellite parameter and the first satellite information; and communicates with the second communication apparatus based on the second satellite information.     Abstract: A network node and a user device are provided.     Abstract: A data transmission method and a network device are provided. The method can include: determining, by a first network device, that a terminal device enters an RRC inactive state; sending, by the first network device, a first message to a second network device, where the first message is used to configure the second network device, so that the second network device transmits data for the terminal device in the RRC inactive state; and receiving, by the first network device, an acknowledgment message the first message and sent by the second network device. The second network device can transmit data of the terminal device to the first network device to enable the first network device to send the data to a core network, without having to establish a path between the second network device and the core network for the second network device to send the data to the core network.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a synchronization processing method and apparatus, and a device. The method includes: sending, by a network device, a first synchronization signal and a second synchronization signal to a terminal device within a first time unit, where frequencies of first synchronization signals in all beams are the same, and each beam has a different difference between the frequency of the first synchronization signal and a frequency of the second synchronization signal; and determining, by the terminal device, an optimal transmit beam of the network device for the terminal device and a time sequence of the optimal transmit beam based on the first synchronization signal and the second synchronization signal. This method effectively reducing synchronization detection complexity of the terminal device.
