An uplink information sending methods and apparatus are provided. A communication device includes a processor coupled to a non-transitory memory, where the non-transitory memory stores an execution instruction to be executed in the processor. The execution instruction when executed enables the communication device to determine scheduling information and timing advance information. The scheduling information is used to instruct user equipment to send uplink information, and the timing advance information is used to adjust a timing advance used when the user equipment sends the uplink information. The execution instruction when executed further enables the communication device to adjust the timing advance according to the timing advance information, and send the uplink information according to the scheduling information by using an adjusted timing advance.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention relate to a user equipment power saving method, an apparatus, and user equipment. The method includes: determining whether power saving needs to be performed on user equipment; if power saving needs to be performed on the user equipment, sending a power saving configuration request to a network side, where the power saving configuration request is used to request the network side to perform, according to the power saving configuration request, a power saving configuration on the user equipment. According to the user equipment power saving method provided in embodiments of the present invention, an objective of reducing power consumption of UE can be achieved, thereby improving user experience.

A data transmission method is disclosed to improve service scheduling flexibility. The method includes: sending, by a base station, configuration information to a terminal, where the configuration information includes symbol quantity information, and the symbol quantity information is used to indicate a quantity of symbols that are used when the base station performs data exchange with the terminal; and sending, by the base station to the terminal, data transmitted in unit of a symbol, or receiving data transmitted in unit of a symbol, where the data occupies m symbols in a time domain, and m is a quantity that is indicated in the configuration information and that is of symbols that are used.

In some implementation manners of the present invention, a mobile terminal reads a help request used for accessing a network by another mobile terminal; sends a beacon channel on a beacon channel resource allocated by a base station of the network, and sends a broadcast signal on a broadcast channel resource corresponding to the beacon channel resource, where the broadcast signal includes an access resource; and receives an access request of the another mobile terminal on the access resource, and assists the another mobile terminal in accessing the network.

The present invention discloses a carrier configuration method and a device, and relates to the field of communications, to resolve a problem that dividing multiple component carriers into primary and secondary component carriers only is not conducive to management of an important secondary component carrier. In a specific solution, a carrier aggregation model is configured for UE, so that the UE performs data transmission with a network device according to the carrier aggregation model. The carrier aggregation model includes multiple component carriers, the multiple component carriers include at least one core carrier, and the at least one core carrier includes at least one primary core carrier. The core carrier has an uplink transmission function and a downlink transmission function. The present invention is applied to a carrier configuration process.

The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink information. The method relates to a user equipment receives resource configuration indication information and subframe configuration indication information that are sent from a base station, where the resource configuration indication information is used to indicate at least one flexible subframe. The UE determines whether to transmit uplink information in the flexible subframe according to the subframe configuration indication information.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a timing value adjustment method and apparatus, which relate to the communications field and reduce a probability that power of a terminal exceeds a limit. A specific solution is that: an absolute timing difference of a timing advance group TAG pair is obtained according to an absolute value of a difference between transmit timing values or receive timing values of the two TAGs in the TAG pair, where the TAG pair is formed by any two TAGs in a TAG set; and it is determined that the absolute timing difference of the TAG pair meets a predetermined condition, and first signaling is sent to a network device, where the first signaling includes identifiers of the two TAGs in the TAG pair. The present invention is used in a timing value adjustment process.

An apparatus, a system, and a method for obtaining a quality of service parameter of a voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service is presented. The apparatus obtains a quality of service parameter of a VoIP service, and the apparatus sends a quality parameter report of the VoIP service to a centralized processing device. The quality parameter report of the VoIP service includes the quality of service parameter of the VoIP service, so that a network system obtains quality of service of the VoIP service according to the quality of service parameter of the VoIP service, further helping an operator control and adjust the network system based on the quality of service of the VoIP service.

Embodiments provide a random access method, a device. The method includes: determining whether a first preset condition is met, where the first preset condition includes: a difference between a maximum transmit power allowed by the user equipment and a power of sending the random access code in a previous random access attempt process is less than or equal to a power ramping factor, and/or, the previous random access attempt process fails. The method also includes, if the first preset condition is met, sending the random access code by using an enhancement mode in the current random access attempt process.
