A system and process for determining and analyzing surface property parameters of a substance based on kinetic method is provided. The system comprises a sample processing system and a detection system. The sample processing system includes a reactor (3), a collector for liquid to be tested (5), and a container for liquid to be tested (6). The detection system includes a detecting electrode (13), a concentration and activity operator, a kinetic data processor, a surface property operation module, and a result output module. The process comprises: having the substance to be tested to be treated with an electrolyte solution, measuring activity of liquid to be tested upon reaction at a pre-set time interval, and processing with the kinetic data processor and the surface property operation module, so as to obtain surface property parameters of the substance to be tested. The present invention adopts kinetic method of ion exchange to overcome the issues associated with long reaction equilibrium time, not easy to determine equilibrium and not easy to accurately determine the value of m. Five parameters of the substance surface property can be calculated with only intercept and gradient of the linear regression equation obtained from the kinetic data, and the total amount of surface charge can also be directly determined.

The present invention accordingly selects effective link adaptation modes in accordance with different types of radio channels, and is able to ensure to implement the maximum system throughput in different fading channels and maintain the stable and reliable link quality.

Filtration membranes are also provided and can include: a graphene oxide membrane having a thickness of about 1.8 nm to about 180 nm, with the graphene oxide membrane comprises about 3 to about 30 layers of graphene oxide flakes.

The thin film sensor may include a plurality of thermopiles and thermocouples which collectively measure temperature and heat flux at the working surface. A method includes providing a welder device with a slot adjacent to a working surface of the welder device, inserting the thin film sensor into the slot, and using the sensor to measure a control value at the working surface. A process controller then controls the vibration welding system in part using the measured control value.

This invention provides a user signal transmitting method in an OFDMA system, where all the time-frequency grids of each timeslot are divided into sub-channels, each sub-channel comprises Nf sub-carriers overlapping in time, Nf≧4, and in each sub-channel, a maximum value of a frequency interval between adjacent sub-carriers is no less than three times of a minimum value thereof; and when a user message is sent, comprising: generating a modulating signal; allocating a time-frequency grid set which is a union set of sub-channel, where the sub-channel's quantity is determined by the user message's size, and the sub-channel's time-frequency position is selected according to a rule; and mapping the modulating signal to the time-frequency grid set to generate a frequency-domain signal; performing IFFT on the frequency-domain signal to generate a time-domain signal for transmission. This invention also provides a corresponding user signal receiving method, user signal transmitting and receiving apparatus and access system.
