    摘要: A system and process for determining and analyzing surface property parameters of a substance based on kinetic method is provided. The system comprises a sample processing system and a detection system. The sample processing system includes a reactor (3), a collector for liquid to be tested (5), and a container for liquid to be tested (6). The detection system includes a detecting electrode (13), a concentration and activity operator, a kinetic data processor, a surface property operation module, and a result output module. The process comprises: having the substance to be tested to be treated with an electrolyte solution, measuring activity of liquid to be tested upon reaction at a pre-set time interval, and processing with the kinetic data processor and the surface property operation module, so as to obtain surface property parameters of the substance to be tested. The present invention adopts kinetic method of ion exchange to overcome the issues associated with long reaction equilibrium time, not easy to determine equilibrium and not easy to accurately determine the value of m. Five parameters of the substance surface property can be calculated with only intercept and gradient of the linear regression equation obtained from the kinetic data, and the total amount of surface charge can also be directly determined.

    摘要: A method for measuring surface property parameters of a material comprises: performing saturation processing on a surface of a material; mixing the material which has been processed by saturation with an indicating electrolyte solution; after the mixture solution achieves an balance by ion exchange, measuring the balanced concentration values of positive ions of the indicating electrolyte and H+ in the mixture solution; according to the balanced concentration values of positive ions of the indicating electrolyte, calculating surface potential of the material; and according to the surface potential of the material, calculating specific surface area and surface charge density of the material; according to surface charge density of the material, calculating surface electric field intensity; according to surface charge density and specific surface area of the material, calculating total surface charge of the material. A system for measuring surface property parameters of a material can be based on the method.

    摘要: Methods for forming an ultrathin GO membrane are provided. The method can include: dispersing a single-layered graphene oxide powder in deionized water to form a single-layered graphene oxide dispersion; centrifuging the graphene oxide dispersion to remove aggregated graphene oxide material from the single-layered graphene oxide dispersion; thereafter, diluting the single-layered graphene oxide dispersion by about ten times or more through addition of deionized water to the graphene oxide dispersion; and thereafter, passing the single-layered graphene oxide dispersion through a substrate such that a graphene oxide membrane is formed on the substrate. Filtration membranes are also provided and can include: a graphene oxide membrane having a thickness of about 1.8 nm to about 180 nm, with the graphene oxide membrane comprises about 3 to about 30 layers of graphene oxide flakes.

    摘要: A vibration welding system includes an anvil, a welding horn, a thin film sensor, and a process controller. The anvil and horn include working surfaces that contact a work piece during the welding process. The sensor measures a control value at the working surface. The measured control value is transmitted to the controller, which controls the system in part using the measured control value. The thin film sensor may include a plurality of thermopiles and thermocouples which collectively measure temperature and heat flux at the working surface. A method includes providing a welder device with a slot adjacent to a working surface of the welder device, inserting the thin film sensor into the slot, and using the sensor to measure a control value at the working surface. A process controller then controls the vibration welding system in part using the measured control value.
