Abstract: This application relates to the field of system information transmission technologies, and in particular, to a method for transmitting system information and an apparatus. A related method for receiving system information includes: determining, by a terminal device, resource information, where the terminal device uses one beam to perform communication on a resource indicated by the resource information; and receiving, by the terminal device based on the resource information, system information on the resource indicated by the resource information. According to the method for transmitting system information and the apparatus in this application, a probability of successfully receiving system information by a terminal device can be increased.

The method includes: determining, by a base station, a time-domain interval of available time-frequency resources in an unlicensed spectrum, where the available time-frequency resources are continuous time-frequency resources in a time domain; sending, by the base station, a preamble signal in a first subframe in the interval, where the first subframe is an initial subframe in the interval; and sending, by the base station, downlink control information and data after sending the preamble signal, where the data is in the first subframe, the downlink control information includes scheduling indication information, and the scheduling indication information is used to indicate a frequency-domain location of the data. According to the present invention, spectrum utilization can be improved.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a variable bandwidth-based communication method and an apparatus. The method includes: sending, by a network node, indication information to UE, where the indication information is used to indicate a target bandwidth parameter used by a serving cell corresponding to the UE; and communicating, by the network node, with the UE based on the target bandwidth parameter, where the target bandwidth parameter includes at least one of a target bandwidth, a target center frequency, and an enablement time of the target bandwidth. In this way, the network node can communicate with the UE in a changed bandwidth, so as to avoid a case in which communication is still performed in a relatively high bandwidth when a network load is relatively low, and reduce device power consumption.

Abstract: The method may include: after receiving, through a first interface or a second interface, resource allocation information of a neighboring cell of a serving cell in which UE is located, a network device may allocate a resource to the UE based on the resource allocation information of the neighboring cell, so as to prevent the UE from using a same resource as UE located in the neighboring cell, and reduce interference to the neighboring cell; or allocate, to the UE, a resource with relatively small interference to the UE, so as to reduce interference of the neighboring cell to the UE. The first interface is an interface that performs communication by using a UE-to-UE communications technology. The second interface is an interface that performs communication by using a UE-to-network device communications technology.
