摘要： A method and device for applying sealing strips to packages, whereby the strips are applied to the packages as these are transferred between respective transverse pockets on three conveyors traveling at the same speed and in the same direction, the first conveyor being a loop conveyor located between a feed conveyor and an output conveyor. The strips are supplied in such a position as to close the end of the pockets on the loop conveyor facing the feed conveyor, and the packages complete one full turn of the loop conveyor prior to being transferred on to the output conveyor.

摘要： A method and device for producing tubular wrappings for products of parallelepiped shape or similar; whereby the products are fed successively, and in a substantially radial direction, to a wrapping wheel turning at substantially constant speed and having a number of mobile elements, each defining a seat for a respective product. Each product is inserted inside a respective seat together with a sheet of wrapping material, which is folded in a U and presents two opposite portions projecting outwards of the seat. One of the portions is folded down on to the product by a first folding element, and the mobile element is moved on the wheel so as to fold and hold down the other portion by means of a second folding element mounted on the wheel, and so as to move the seat into a position facing a joining device for firmly joining the two folded opposite portions of the sheet of wrapping material.

摘要： A cigarette packaging machine provided with a wrapping wheel to wrap products in wrapping sheets. The wrapping wheel has peripheral pockets to receive the products and the wrapping sheets, a first loading station to load the products in succession into the peripheral pockets, and a second loading station to load, in succession, first wrapping sheets of the wrapping sheets into the peripheral pockets. The wrapping wheel also has a third loading station to load, in succession, second wrapping sheets of the wrapping sheets into the peripheral pockets, thus reducing the bulk of a packaging machine.

摘要： A system for manufacturing tobacco products whereby, a number (Pn) that represents a nominal production target for products of a given brand, and a number (Cmax) representing the maximum output capacity of the system, or in practice the maximum quantity of products in process that the system is able to handle, are programmed into master control unit (33). A tally (P) of products is kept, and, at a given moment (t1) following the completion of a number (Pr) of products that matches the target (Pn=Pr+Cmax), a first flash check is run on the quantity (C1) of the product actually turned out by the system; should it emerge from this first flash check that the actual quantity (C1) is equal to the maximum output capacity (Cmax), then a brand changeover procedure will be initiated by the master control unit (33).
