The sensor is received in the first receiving groove and electrically connected to the printed circuit board. The refrigeration chip is formed on and electrically connected to the printed circuit board. The refrigeration chip comprises a cold surface. The sensor is formed on the cold surface. The cold surface is configured to absorb heat from the sensor when the refrigeration chip is powered on. The camera module is capable of dissipating heat and controlling an internal temperature of the camera module.

Abstract: A lens module includes a voice coil motor, a lens received in the voice coil motor, a light emitting element adapted for emitting lights, a prism, and a DLP sensor. The prism faces and inclines towards the light emitting element. The prism is configured to reflect the lights from the light emitting element to the DLP sensor. The voice coil motor is configured to automatically adjust a distance between the lens and the DLP sensor according to a sharpness of the pattern and send electronic signals to the DLP sensor. When the DLP sensor receives the electronic signals, the DLP sensor rotates to change states of the DLP sensor according to the electronic signals and control an amount of the lights reflected into the lens according to the electronic signals thereby forming a pattern with a higher degree of sharpness than the pattern previously captured.

Abstract: A peeling device includes a rolling mechanism, a peeling mechanism, and a suction mechanism. The rolling mechanism includes a feeding wheel and a receiving wheel. At least one of the feeding wheel and the receiving wheel is configured to rotate. The peeling mechanism includes a peeling plate including a first surface and a side surface. The suction mechanism includes a support table and a rotary suction cup. A carrier tape is transmitted in sequence around the feeding wheel, the first surface, the side surface, and the receiving wheel. The peeling plate peels the material from the carrier tape at a junction of the first surface and the side surface. The support table holds the material peeled from the carrier tape. The rotary suction cup is used to suck the material from the support table and move the material to a next processing area.

A heat-conducting medium is filled in a gap between the heating rod and an inner wall of the first mounting hole. While the heating rod of the pressing mechanism are heated, the vibration generator vibrates the pressing mechanism.
