    摘要: Described is a directional gamma detector including a detection probe and a handgrip, wherein the detection probe includes: a supporting rod and a detection head coupled or integrated with a first end of the supporting rod. The detection head includes a plurality of detection elements distinct from each other for simultaneously detecting gamma rays directed in different directions and including at least one scintillation crystal and a corresponding first electronic conversion circuitry. Each detection element is associated with a respective collimator. The handgrip is equipped internally with a second electronic circuitry for converting the signals. The detection probe, and in particular a second end of the supporting rod, is reversibly connectable to the handgrip by a mechanical connector equipped with electrical contacts for transferring the signals from the first electronic conversion circuitry to the second electronic conversion circuitry.

    摘要: Method of doping a semiconductor sample in a uniform and carbon-free way, wherein said sample has a surface, comprising the following steps: A. removing oxides from at least part of the said surface; B. dip coating said at least part of the surface of the sample in a dopant based carbon-free solution of at least one dopant based carbon free substance diluted in water, wherein said at least one dopant based carbon free substance has a molecule comprising at least one dopant atom, wherein the dip coating is achieved by heating said dopant based carbon-free solution at a dip coating temperature from 65% to 100% of the boiling temperature of said dopant based carbon-free solution, thereby a self-assembled mono-layer including dopant atoms is formed; C. annealing said sample, wherein the annealing is configured to cause said dopant atoms included in said self-assembled mono-layer to be diffused into the sample.

    摘要: A monitoring device of biological cells including: a fluidic channel in which a fluid including biological cells is made to flow, including a first and second glass walls placed in parallel and a reflective surface adjoined to the second wall; and a piezoelectric transducer, the piezoelectric transducer emitting acoustic waves creating a force acting on the biological cells, making them flow substantially along a single motion plane. The external interface between the first wall and the exterior of the fluidic channel and the reflective surface are configured to function as a Fabry-Perot interferometer, such that the motion planes sensibly perpendicular to the optical axis of the Fabry-Perot interferometer. The finesse of the interferometer is lower than 10. The monitoring device further includes a detecting unit detecting a fringe pattern stemming from the Fabry-Perot interferometer and an analysing device, analysing the fringe pattern and configured to output data on physical properties of the cells based on the pattern.

    摘要: A multifunction gamma radiation detector includes a supporting rod, a detection head coupled to or integrated with a first end of the supporting rod including detection elements separate from each other for simultaneously detecting gamma radiation directed along respective directions. Each detection element includes a scintillation crystal and corresponding first electronic conversion circuitry for receiving an optical signal from the crystal and converting it into an electrical signal. The detector also includes a handgrip, connectable to a second end of the supporting rod and which can be manually gripped by an operator to direct the detector, and a second electronic circuitry for converting and/or treating the signals connected to the first electronic conversion circuitry. The head also includes an optical detection device acquiring a sequence of optical signals emitted by a suitably energized body tissue. The detection elements are angularly distributed on the detection head about optical detection device.
