    摘要: A clutch actuating device has an actuating cylinder with piston and rod-side chamber, a multiplier cylinder with piston-side and rod-side chambers separated by a piston, a rod(s) interconnecting the pistons, and a directional control valve. The valve has a pilot port, ports in fluid connection with piston-side and rod-side chambers of the multiplier cylinder, and a port in fluid connection with a secondary source. When a first fluid pressure (P1) from a first pressure source is applied to the pilot port and rod-side chamber of the actuating cylinder, a second fluid pressure (P2) is applied to the piston-side chamber of the multiplier cylinder by the secondary source. This results in the first and second fluid pressures (P1 and P2) acting on the piston of the actuating cylinder to produce a clutch actuation fluid pressure.

    摘要: An hydraulic control system having a master and load cylinder, the latter positioning a control shaft in response to movements of the former. The control system has a separate auxiliary circuit which automatically returns the load piston to its neutral position each time the master piston passes through a predetermined position and an unsynchronized condition between the master and load pistons is sensed. A mechanical linkage, which interconnects hydraulic elements of the two hydraulic circuits, senses the unsynchronized condition; and the auxiliary circuit upon indication of an unsynchronized condition returns the load piston to its neutral position.

    摘要: Hydraulic control apparatus for automatic remote control of a hydraulic actuating ram. The apparatus has a double-acting slave cylinder connectable hydraulically to an actuating ram, and a double-acting master cylinder the piston of which is mechanically connected to the piston of the slave cylinder, the master cylinder being operable by hydraulic pressure supplied via a pilot-operated valve arranged automatically to reverse the stroke of the master ram at limits set according to the desired stroke of the actuating ram. The control apparatus may be used for controlling actuating rams which effect reciprocating pivotal movement about one or more axes of a water jet monitor.

    摘要: A relay piston for driving a pneumatic pressure controlling device for a servo motor is disposed at a position where it is displaced by hydraulic pressure in a low-pressure chamber connected to a master cylinder. A high-pressure chamber is formed in communication with the low-pressure chamber through a passage in the relay piston, the high-pressure chamber being connected to an intensifying cylinder. In the passage there is provided a valve adapted to intercept communication between the highpressure chamber and the low-pressure chamber in accordance with advancement of the relay piston. The force that is applied to the relay piston by hydraulic pressure in the high-pressure chamber, when the valve is closed, is the resultant of the force component acting to advance the relay piston which is greater than the force component acting to let the relay piston move forwardly.
