摘要: An apparatus comprises a baseplate configured to be coupled to a door movable between an open position and a closed position. A motor with circuitry electrically coupled to the motor, and configured to be in communication with a remote computing device. At least one proximity sensor is electrically coupled to the circuitry and configured to determine the door position with respect to a door frame. A drive wheel is coupled to the motor and the circuitry. The drive wheel has an external surface, and the external surface of the drive wheel is configured to rotatably contact a ground surface. The motor is configured to be remotely activated by the remote computing device to actuate the drive wheel to rotatably contact the ground surface to reposition the door responsive to receipt of a signal.

摘要: A vehicle window glass raising-and-lowering mechanism is achieved which can prevent a window glass from tilting, caused by a carrier plate rotating, even if the carrier plate is lowered down to a bottom dead point so that the window glass is fully open. The carrier plate includes a point of force that receives a movement force from wires in a downward direction. Two stopper members are provided at separated positions with respect to the vehicle forward and rearward direction, and the two stopper members have a positional relationship that crosses over either side of the point of force of the carrier plate.

摘要: A sealing structure for a vehicle door seals a gap between a door and body of the vehicle and includes a sealed portion as a gap between the body and a door inner pane. A body weather strip is mounted at a first side of a lateral most portion of the sealed portion along a rim of an opening portion of the body and seals the gap between the body and door. An upper weather strip is mounted at a second side of the lateral most portion of the sealed portion along a roof panel and seals gaps between the roof panel, body, and door. A door weather strip is mounted in the sealed portion between the body and upper weather strips to be spaced apart from the body and upper weather strips, extends along the rim of the opening portion, and seals the gap between the body and door.

摘要: A sliding window for a building includes a stationary frame, an opening leaf, a motorized drive device, a fittings system, and a locking control device. The motorized drive device includes an electromechanical actuator, a flexible element, and a drive arm. The flexible element drives movement of the opening leaf with respect to the stationary frame when the actuator is electrically activated. The arm is connected both to a frame of the opening leaf and to the flexible element. The locking control device collaborates with a lock of the fittings system and is actuated by the flexible element when the actuator is electrically activated. The drive arm supports the locking control device. The fittings system also includes an errorproofing system. The locking control device actuates the lock following activation of the errorproofing system and when the actuator is electrically activated.

摘要: An overtravel hinge for a sliding door of a vehicle. The overtravel hinge expands from a collapsed condition, to a partially deployed condition, and to a fully deployed condition. The hinge includes a four bar linkage utilizing an arm to control movement of the overtravel hinge between the collapsed condition and the fully deployed condition. The overtravel hinge, in one embodiment, is used to modify or retrofit a known original equipment manufacturer vehicle.

摘要: The latch device for the trunk lid of the vehicle includes an electric open lever that causes a ratchet to withdraw from a latch when the electric open lever rotates, and a release actuator that rotates the electric open lever. An output gear that rotates by driving force of the release actuator is provided near the electric open lever, a pair of a first cam projection and a second cam projection with phases shifted from each other by 180 degrees is provided at the output gear, and the output gear is configured such that when the output gear rotates by 180 degrees, the first cam projection abuts against and rotates the electric open lever, and rotation of the output gear is blocked by the second cam projection abutting against the rotated electric open lever.

摘要: A tilt-up door for a building having an opening including a door frame with vertical track members, cam surfaces extending laterally from the vertical tracks at the upper portion of the tracks and a door sized to span the opening. The door can be pivotally coupled with rollers disposed within the vertical tracks and cam followers extending laterally from the upper portion of the door to contact the cam surfaces. When an upwardly directed motive force acts on the door the cam followers come into engagement with the cam surface to lift the door generally vertically and then rotate the door inwardly as the door is raised into an open raised position.

摘要: A lever mechanism system includes push arms pivotably coupled to a vent sash and drive arms pivotably coupled to the push arms. The system includes gears coupled to the drive arms and a locking gear slide coupled with a locking mechanism of the sash. The system includes a handle that rotates approximately 180 degrees in a first direction to pivot the gear slide to move the locking mechanism of the sash to an unlocked position and rotates the gears to extend the drive arms and the push arms such that the sash is pushed to an open position. The handle radially rotates approximately 180 degrees in a second direction to rotate the gears to retract the drive arms and the push arms such that the sash is pulled to a closed position and pivots the gear slide to move the locking mechanism of the sash to a locked position.
