摘要: The invention relates to a method for treating a food product by non-conventional resistive heating using. contact with spaced-apart electrically conductive electrodes connected to a power source that regulates current to the electrodes by pausing heating of the food product to a predetermined temperature. The electrodes are configured into two groups at a first distance from one another. Each electrode group has individual electrodes, similar to a comb-like set of needles, wherein neighboring needles of each group are at a second distance from one another that is greater than or equal to the first distance. Each set of needles penetrates the food product such that points of the needles leave penetration points, wherein the food product is accommodated in a space between two conveyor belts and the individual electrodes extend from at least one of the conveyor belts in the direction of the opposite conveyor belt.

摘要: A combine feeder assembly having conveyors and slats pivotally connected to the conveyors to rotate about respective slat pivot axes. Each slat has a paddle that is movable between a first position in which the paddle extends outside the travel path of the conveyor by a first distance, and a second position in which the paddle does not extend outside the travel path or extends outside the travel path by a second distance that is less than the first distance. A cam surface moves the slats to the first slat position along a delivery path of the conveyors. A first housing wall extends over the delivery path and is spaced from the travel path by at least the first distance. A second housing wall extends over a return path. The second housing wall is spaced from the travel path by less than the first distance.

The conveyor belt includes: a stretchable knitted fabric 15; an elastic layer 14 that is provided on an upper surface of the knitted fabric 15 and is made of a first thermoplastic material; and a surface resin layer 20 that is provided on an upper surface of the elastic layer 14, is made of a second thermoplastic material having hardness lower than hardness of the first thermoplastic material, and the surface resin layer 20 includes a conveying surface 21 having unevenness. Tensile strength of the conveyor belt is 3.5 to 35 MPa, and a coefficient of static friction of the conveying surface 21 is 0.5 to 1.0.

摘要: A device for emptying transport bags conveyed in a suspended manner, includes a conveying system via which transport bags may be supplied in a suspended manner along a conveying path. The transport bags have a pocket that is open at the top when in the filled state and a front side. A circulating conveyor belt for receiving piece good units transported in the transport bags is included, and in a contact section, the conveying paths of the conveying system and the conveyor belt are situated relative to one another in such a way that the distance between the conveying paths of the conveying system and the conveyor belt become continuously smaller, so that when a transport bag is conveyed along the contact section, the front side of the pocket of the transport bag contacts and comes to rest on the conveyor belt, and the transport bag is thereby pivoted backwards.
