    摘要: A press system and a control method of the press system that can automatically set a timing for coordinating a press machine and a feeding device. A leveler feeder includes feed rolls that convey a coil material to the press machine in a closed state in which the coil material is clamped, and are brought into an open state in which the coil material is released when stamping by the press machine is started. The press machine includes a sensor for detecting a load F at a time of the stamping, a pilot pin that is inserted into a hole pierced in the coil material for positioning at a time of the stamping, and a controller for controlling the leveler feeder and the press machine so as to perform the stamping in coordination with each other. The controller determines a release start timing Tos (a position Ps+L) at which the feed rolls are switched from the closed state to the open state based on a result of detecting by the sensor as well as a length L of the pilot pin.

    摘要: In a roller-style feed mechanism, a feed roll is opened and closed for the purpose of pilot release using a direct-coupled servo motor as opposed to pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. The electronically controlled servo motor drives a rotating shaft with eccentric cams that interact with cam followers causing the feed rollers separate for pilot release. The cam followers produce a force sufficient to overcome nip pressure when separating the feed rollers during pilot release. The electronically controlled servo motor is preferably operative to sense the point where the cams contact the cam followers after the upper feed roller is closed on the feed material, and automatically sense resistance to determine where the upper roll begins to lift so as to compensate for different material thicknesses.

    摘要: A roll feeder is usable to convey a hoop material to a pressing machine. The roll feeder includes a paired first roll and second roll configured to be disposed so as to clamp the hoop material and feed the hoop material along a conveyance direction, a motor configured to drive at least one of the first roll and the second roll, and a controller configured to control drive of the motor. The controller includes a process drive instruction component configured to drive the motor so as to feed the hoop material to a pressing machine side in between one press working and next press working, and a working drive instruction component configured to drive the motor so as to feed the hoop material to the pressing machine side during press working.
