The displacement restriction portion extends from the housing main body toward a radially inner side to enter between two coil bodies adjacent to each other in a circumferential direction. The coil protection portion includes a protection outer peripheral portion. The protection outer peripheral portion is provided between the coil body and the displacement restriction portion. The protection outer peripheral portion extends along a displacement restriction surface in the circumferential direction and an axial direction. The displacement restriction portion is in a state of being caught by the coil body via the protection outer peripheral portion, thereby forming displacement of the coil body.

摘要： A rotor for an axial flux motor with a disk-shaped rotor plate, a plurality of permanent magnets and a holding structure. The disk-shaped rotor plate has a plurality of magnet receptacles, which are distributed in the circumferential direction and introduced into the rotor plate in the axial direction. The magnet receptacles are each defined by four inner side surfaces of the rotor plate. The plurality of permanent magnets are arranged in the magnet receptacles and are each defined by four outer side surfaces. A first groove is introduced into at least one of the inner side surfaces, and a second groove is introduced into at least one of the outer side surfaces. The first and the second groove are arranged and formed in such a way that they jointly form a channel portion in which the holding structure for fixing the permanent magnets in the rotor plate is arranged.

摘要： An axial flux electrical machine has a permanent magnet rotor fixedly mounted on a rotating shaft and at least one stator having a plurality of polyphase windings disposed along a common axis with the shaft. An insulation layer is fixed between the polyphase windings. In a first example, the mechanical angle and electrical angle of each of the two polyphase windings is aligned. In a second example, the mechanical and electrical angle of each of the two polyphase windings is offset. A controller and at least one sensor are incorporated with the axial flux electrical machine for fault detection in each of the polyphase windings. Upon detection of a fault in one of the polyphase windings, the controller is configured to disable that polyphase winding allowing the electrical machine to operate with the remaining polyphase winding.

摘要： A device has a housing and a rotor with an axis and a rotor disk with a magnet. A cooling plate is coupled to the housing. The cooling plate includes a channel connected to an inlet and an outlet to convey a liquid coolant. A stator is coaxial with the rotor and includes a printed circuit board with conductive layers laminated together with layers of an insulating material. Each conductive layer has coils that can carry electrical current when connected to an external voltage source. The stator is mechanically coupled to the housing, so the stator reacts to torque produced by the device. A ferromagnetic yoke is mechanically and thermally coupled to the stator and to the cooling plate to provide a path for magnetic flux produced by the magnet and a path to conduct heat generated by the stator from the stator to the cooling plate.
