摘要: Provided is a carbon dioxide fluidity control device comprising, a sample preparation tank, a high-pressure stirring unit, a reciprocating plunger pump and a booster pump, wherein the stirring unit comprises one or more high-pressure stirring tanks, each provided with an atomizing spray probe and a piston, wherein a discharge port of the sample preparation tank is connected to the atomizing spray probe via a plunger pump, which is connected to the piston to push the piston to reciprocate; the booster pump is connected to the high-pressure stirring tanks to provide supercritical carbon dioxide to the high-pressure stirring tank; and a discharge port of the high-pressure stirring tanks is connected to an oilfield well group. Provided is a carbon dioxide fluidity control method using the device, comprising mixing surfactants and nanoparticles with heated carbon dioxide, and injecting a microemulsion of supercritical carbon dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide into an oilfield well group.

摘要: An exemplary embodiment of the present invention provides a urea water manufacturing device which can reduce the time for producing urea water by forming a vibrating atmosphere using an ultrasonic wave generator when stirring urea and pure water supplied inside a stirring tank, and can produce urea water with high purity by real-time feedback control of specific gravity of urea water, and a method thereof. The urea water manufacturing device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes a pure water supply unit, a urea supply unit, a stirring unit, a specific gravity detection unit, a control unit, and a urea water discharge unit.

摘要: A device, which serves to separate particles of a bulk material, which is deliverable at an input location and is removable processed in different or at least approximately unitary particle sizes at an output location, includes at least one separating element, which has a metal separating plate with through-openings provided therein, which separating element can be provided with ultrasonic energy and for this purpose is connected to an ultrasonic transducer and which is held by a holding device. The holding device is a mounting shaft, which is held at one end or at both ends fixedly or movably, in particular rotatably and/or axially displaceable, and which at one end or at both ends is connected to an ultrasonic transducer, by means of which ultrasonic energy is couplable via the mounting shaft into the separating element, which is designed to be dimensionally stable.
