Abstract: The invention provides a display panel and a display device. An array substrate of the display panel includes signal transmission circuits and a control signal circuit. The signal transmission circuits include a first signal transmission circuit and a second signal transmission circuit in the circuit region. The second signal transmission circuit and the control signal circuit are disposed at the same layer. Therefore, there is no need to provide a hole for electrical connection between second signal transmission circuit and control signal circuit in the circuit region. The density of the holes in the circuit region is reduced.

Abstract: A touch-control array substrate and a display device are provided. A plurality of touch-control units are arranged on the touch-control array substrate. A product of a resistance value of a touch-control circuit of the touch-control units and a capacitive value of the touch-control electrode of the touch-control units is constant. The effort for the touch-control chip to drive the far-IC terminal touch-control electrode is the same as the effort to drive the near-IC terminal touch-control electrode. So it will not occur that to drive the far-IC terminal touch-control electrode is difficult or unsuccessful.

Abstract: The present invention provides a force touch display device, including a liquid crystal display (11), a backlight module (12), a backlight module bottom frame (121), a shield layer (2), a pressure sensor (13) and a middle frame (14). With the shield layer (2) providing a function of shielding an electromagnetic noise signal being used inside the display device, the interference applied on the pressure sense result of the pressure sensor by the electromagnetic noise signal inside the force touch display device is effectively reduced, and thus the force touch sensitivity of the force touch display device is improved.

Abstract: The invention provides a touch display panel and an electronic device, with the positions of pixel electrode layer and common electrode layer at the side of array substrate in conventional touch display panel changed; wherein common electrode layer (21) as touch sensor is changed to the top, and pixel electrode layer (16) is changed to below common electrode layer (21). Pixel electrode (16) is connected to source/drain (145) of TFT (14) via first through hole (V1) penetrating planarization layer (15), which requiring only to drill planarization layer without the need to drill both the protective layer and planarization layer as in prior art to achieve connecting pixel electrode to TFT. The invention saves a mask, a drilling process and production cost and improves production efficiency. Moreover, placing common electrode (21) as touch sensor at the top facilitates optimizing sensitivity and SNR, thereby improves touch performance and product quality.

Abstract: A touch display device and a touch display are provided. The touch display device includes a touch electrode and a backlight module disposed opposite to the touch electrode. The backlight module includes a backlight film and a backlight iron frame supporting the backlight film. The backlight film is disposed between the touch electrode and the backlight iron frame; and the touch electrode and the backlight iron frame are electrically connected to a touch signal terminal. The touch signal terminal is configured to transmit a touch signal to the touch electrode and the backlight iron frame. The touch electrode and the backlight iron frame receive a same touch signal, thereby eliminating the capacitance coupling effect between the touch electrode and the backlight iron frame, increasing touch sensitivity, and reducing vibration noise of the backlight film. The touch display includes the touch display device, and has advantages of the touch display device.

A facial recognition sub pixel is provided with a facial recognition module which is configured to capture a facial image. A display chip and facial recognition chip is arranged at one terminal of a non-display area. The display chip drives a panel display. The facial recognition chip drives the facial recognition sub pixel to capture the facial image. The present disclosure facilitates the design of a comprehensive screen, the improvement of the screen production yield, and the economy of the entire device.

Abstract: A display panel includes a transparent substrate, a visible light backlight source, an infrared backlight source, a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of display data lines, a plurality of sensing data lines, a plurality of display transistors, a plurality of display pixels, a plurality of sensing pixels, and plurality of sensing transistors. When the display transistors receive the scanning signals, the display pixels are configured to display grayscale according to the visible light and the display data signals. When the sensing transistors receive the scanning signals, the sensing pixels are configured to generate detecting signals after conducting the sensing signals to the plurality of sensing data lines. Fingerprint recognition can be implemented on the display area of display panel without extra fingerprint recognizing components so that the screen can be minimized and the smart terminals can be lighter.

Abstract: The invention provides a touch display substrate and touch display driving method. The touch display substrate comprises: a substrate, a common voltage compensation circuit, an electrode array and a TDDI circuit, and first, second and third lead wires disposed on the substrate; the electrode array comprising a plurality of electrode units; the common voltage compensation circuit comprising a plurality of switching units; each electrode unit being electrically connected to an output end of switching unit and the TDDI circuit through a first lead wire, and input ends of the switching units being electrically connected to the TDDI circuit through the second lead wires; the switching unit turning on during display phase, the TDDI circuit simultaneously loading a common voltage signal to the first and second lead wires to achieve a dual-ended drive to reduce the common voltage signal difference on the electrode units to enhance the display effect.

Abstract: An in-cell touch display panel and an electronic device are provided. The in-cell touch display panel includes a plurality of photo spacers (PSs) configured to stand on a protection layer along a direction in which dummy lines extend. The dummy lines are disconnected in standing locations of the PSs. The PSs are arrange to avoid a metallic wiring layer, and the standing locations of PSs are flatter. As such, supporting height of the PSs are the same, and a cell thickness is made uniform. The dark stripe issue caused by the configuration of the PSs may be avoided, and so does the un-recoverable Push Mura, water ripple, and bright and dark spots. At the same time, the surface pressure and the display performance of the in-cell touch display panel may be enhanced.
