    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode display includes an organic light-emitting display device including a first electrode, an intermediate layer including an organic emission layer, and a second electrode; a first inorganic encapsulation layer on the second electrode; a second inorganic encapsulation layer on the first inorganic encapsulation layer; and an organic encapsulation layer on the second inorganic encapsulation layer. A refractive index of the first inorganic encapsulation layer is higher than a refractive index of the second inorganic encapsulation layer. The first inorganic encapsulation layer has an extinction coefficient of 0.02 to 0.07 and a refractive index of 2.1 to 2.3 at a blue wavelength.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate comprising an opening. A plurality of light-emitting diodes is arranged in a display area surrounding the opening. A plurality of grooves is located in a middle area between the opening and the display area and disposed on at least one inorganic insulating layer on the substrate. At least one groove of the plurality of grooves includes a tip protruding towards a center of the at least one groove. The tip includes a transparent layer and a metal pattern layer disposed on the transparent layer. The metal pattern layer includes a groove portion corresponding to an edge of the tip. The groove portion exposes at least a portion of an upper surface of the transparent layer.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes an insulating layer on a substrate, the substrate including a main through hole, a first groove around and outside the main through hole, and a first test concave portion outside the main through hole, and the insulating layer including a main insulating through hole connected to the main through hole, a first insulating through ring around and outside the main insulating through hole and connected to the first groove, and a first insulating through hole outside the main insulating through hole and connected to the first test concave portion. Along a same width direction: at a same position along the substrate, a width of the first insulating through ring of the insulating layer is less than a width of the first groove of the substrate, and a width of the first insulating through hole is less than a width of the first test concave portion.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a transistor; an auxiliary electrode including a first conductive layer; an insulating material portion on the auxiliary electrode; and a light-emitting diode including a first electrode electrically connected to the transistor, a second electrode facing the first electrode and electrically connected to the auxiliary electrode, and an intermediate layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein a width of a bottom surface of the insulating material portion is greater than a width of an upper surface of the first conductive layer, and the insulating material portion includes a protruding part protruding from a position where the upper surface and a side surface of the first conductive layer meet.
