    Abstract: A display device includes a rollable display panel having a first end portion and a second end portion spaced apart from the first end portion, a first roller configured to roll the first end portion, and a second roller configured to roll the second end portion. The second end portion of the rollable display panel may include a transmissive region which external light may pass through. An operation method of the display device includes determining an operation mode, rolling the rollable display panel in a first rotation direction so that the transmissive region is not exposed outside in a first display mode, rolling the rollable display panel in a second rotation direction so that the transmissive region is exposed outside in a second display mode, and displaying an image in a display region exposed outside.
