    Abstract: In a touch inspection device of a display device, the touch inspection device includes: a loading unit on which a display device is loaded; a touch driving circuit configured to drive touch driving electrodes and touch sensing electrodes on a touch sensing unit of the display device, and to detect touch data for touch nodes formed at intersection portions of the touch driving electrodes and the touch sensing electrodes; and an inspection processing circuit configured to calculate deviations of the touch data, to detect touch error data and at least one touch node in which the touch error data occurs by offsetting the deviations of touch data for each of the touch nodes adjacent to each other, and to detect a defect occurrence location for the at least one touch node in which the touch error data occurs.

    Abstract: A touch sensor for a display device includes: a base layer including first and second sensing regions adjacent to each other in a first direction and a non-sensing region surrounding at least one side of each of the first and second sensing regions; first sensors disposed in each of the first and second sensing regions, the first sensors being arranged along a second direction intersecting the first direction, the first sensors being electrically connected to each other along the second direction; second sensors disposed in each of the first and second sensing regions, the second sensors being arranged along the first direction, the second sensors being electrically connected to each other along the first direction; and at least one third sensor located in the first sensing region and the second sensing region, wherein the at least one third sensor includes first and second sub-sensors electrically separated at a boundary between the first sensing region and the second sensing region, and the first and second sub-sensors have substantially the same size.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch detection device that can increase the emission efficiency while maintaining touch detecting performance by improving the structure of touch electrodes. According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a touch detection device comprising a first touch insulating layer, a connection electrode disposed on the first touch insulating layer, a second touch insulating layer disposed on the connection electrode, a driving electrode disposed on a second touch insulating layer and connected to the connection electrode through at least one touch contact hole, and a sensing electrode disposed on the second touch and spaced apart from the driving electrode, wherein at least one of the driving electrode and the sensing electrode a conductive metal electrode and a metal oxide electrode which is oxidized.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display unit comprising a plurality of pixels. A touch sensing unit is disposed on the display unit and comprises a plurality of driving electrodes and a plurality of sensing electrodes. A touch driver supplies a touch driving signal to the driving electrodes through a plurality of driving lines and receives a touch sensing signal from the sensing electrodes through a plurality of sensing lines. During a first horizontal period of one frame period, the touch driver supplies a touch driving signal having a first pulse width to a first partial portion of the driving lines and supplies a touch driving signal having a second pulse width smaller than the first pulse width to a second partial portion of the driving lines that is different from the first partial portion of the driving lines.

    Abstract: In an inspecting method of a display device, the method includes: receiving an analog voltage from an external device; generating a first touch driving signal having a first potential based on the analog voltage; acquiring first raw data for each channel of touch electrodes by supplying the first touch driving signal to the touch electrodes; generating a second touch driving signal having a second potential higher than the first potential by using a charge pump; acquiring second raw data for each channel of the touch electrodes by supplying the second touch driving signal to the touch electrodes; calculating a ratio between the first raw data and the second raw data; and determining the charge pump is normal, based on the calculated ratio being within a designated range.
