    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a pixel disposed over a substrate, the pixel including a first region configured to generate an image and a second region configured to transmit external light. The pixel also includes a first transistor including a first active layer disposed in the first region, a first gate electrode disposed over the first active layer and insulated from the first active layer, and at least one electrode pattern disposed over the first gate electrode and electrically connected to the first active layer. A first insulation layer is disposed between the first gate electrode and the electrode pattern, the first insulation layer including a lower insulation layer and an upper insulation layer disposed over the lower insulation layer.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus is provided as follows. A thin film transistor is disposed on a substrate. A first insulating layer covers the thin film transistor. The first insulating layer includes a barrier wall and a flat portion. The barrier wall protrudes from the flat portion. A pixel electrode is disposed on the flat portion surrounded by the barrier wall. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor.     Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus includes a substrate divided into a display area and a peripheral area that is around the display area. Pixels are formed over the display area. For each pixel, a thin film transistor is provided. An insulation film covers the thin film transistor. Each pixel includes a pixel electrode disposed on the insulation film and electrically connected to the thin film transistor, a pixel defining layer covering an edge area of the pixel electrode, an opposite electrode facing the pixel electrode, and an organic light-emitting layer disposed between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode. The pixel defining layer includes an opening to expose a center area of the pixel electrode, a first inclination portion, and a second inclination portion. An end of the pixel electrode is disposed between the insulation film and the second inclination portion.
