Abstract: A display device includes a substrate; a light-emitting element on the substrate; a capping layer on the light-emitting element; a first inorganic encapsulation layer on the capping layer; an organic encapsulation layer on the first inorganic encapsulation layer; and a second inorganic encapsulation layer on the organic encapsulation layer. The first inorganic encapsulation layer includes a first sub-inorganic encapsulation layer between the capping layer and the organic encapsulation layer, and a second sub-inorganic encapsulation layer between the first sub-inorganic encapsulation layer and the organic encapsulation layer.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a substrate including a display area configured to display an image and a non-display area surrounding the display area. A plurality of OLEDs are positioned in the display area, each of the OLEDs including first and second electrodes spaced apart from each other. A plurality of pixel circuits are positioned in the display area, each of the pixel circuits including a plurality of thin film transistors (TFTs) and a node line electrically connected to at least two of the TFTs and at least partially overlapping the corresponding first electrode in the depth dimension of the OLED display so as to form a parasitic capacitor. The parasitic capacitor includes a first parasitic capacitor and a second parasitic capacitor, the first parasitic capacitor having a larger capacitance than that of the second parasitic capacitor.
