    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display region and a peripheral region adjacent to the display region. The display apparatus further includes a first flexible substrate (FFS), a driving circuit (DC), a conductive pattern (CP), a conductive line, a light-emitting device, and a support substrate. The FFS includes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. The second surface includes, in the peripheral region, a cavity extending into the FFS. The DC is on the first surface and includes at least one transistor. The CP is in the cavity and is partially exposed by the cavity. The conductive line electrically connects the CP to the DC. The light-emitting device is in the display region and is electrically connected to the DC. The support substrate is on the second surface. In a view normal to the second surface, the support substrate is spaced apart from the CP.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a folding part configured to be folded, and a flat part adjacent to the folding part. The folding part includes a first pixel. The flat part includes a second pixel. The first pixel includes a first organic light emitting diode, a first driving transistor and a first control transistor. The first driving transistor includes a first semiconductor pattern. The first control transistor includes a second semiconductor pattern. The second pixel includes a second organic light emitting diode, a second driving transistor and second control transistor. The second driving transistor includes a third semiconductor pattern. The second control transistor includes a fourth semiconductor pattern. At least one of the first or second semiconductor patterns includes an oxide semiconductor or a polycrystalline silicon, and each of the third and fourth semiconductor patterns includes the other of the oxide semiconductor and the polycrystalline silicon.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display module and an anti-reflection member. The display module includes a display panel having a light emitting element and a sensing layer disposed on the display panel to sense touch. The anti-reflection member is disposed on the display module to reduce reflectance of light that is incident from the outside. One side of the display module has a first shape that gradually decreases in thickness outward, and one side of the anti-reflection member, which corresponds to the one side of the display module, has a second shape that gradually decreases in thickness outward.
