    Abstract: A display device includes a display module including a folding area and a non-folding area, an impact absorbing layer disposed under the display module and including a bending area and a non-bending area, and a support layer disposed under the impact absorbing layer and including a first sub-support layer overlapping a first non-folding area and a second sub-support layer spaced apart from the first sub-support layer and overlapping a second non-folding area. The first sub-support layer includes a first opening group formed through the first sub-support layer and spaced apart from a first cross-section surface adjacent to the second sub-support layer in a direction opposite to a second direction, and the second sub-support layer includes a second opening group formed through the second sub-support layer and spaced apart from a second cross-section surface adjacent to the first sub-support layer in the second direction.

    Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a display panel including a folding portion overlapping with a folding axis, a first non-folding portion and a second non-folding portion, a support unit including a first support portion arranged under the first non-folding portion and a second support portion arranged under the second non-folding portion, an impact absorbing member interposed between the display panel and the support unit and coupled to the display panel, an adhesive member coupling the impact absorbing member to the support unit, a receiving portion defined in at least one of the first support portion or the second support portion, and a protrusion connected to the impact absorbing member and received in the receiving portion. A planar area of the protrusion is less than a planar area of the receiving portion.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a display module having a first non-foldable area, a foldable area, and a second non-foldable area, which are arranged in a first direction in a unfolded state; and a first support layer disposed under the display module and having a lattice pattern including a plurality of first holes overlapping the foldable area, wherein the first holes are arranged in the first direction and a second direction intersecting the first direction, and wherein: each of the first holes has a first width in the second direction and a second width in the first direction, the first width is in a range from about 2,000 μm to about 9,000 μm, and the second width is in a range from about 100 μm to about 250 μm.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display module including non-folding areas arranged with each other in a first direction and a folding area between the adjacent non-folding areas, a hinge under the display module and configured to fold the display module with respect to the folding area, a supporter between the non-folding areas and the hinge, and a guide portion connected to the supporter and configured to be inserted into a guide groove defined in the hinge. A length in the first direction of the guide groove is obtained utilizing a length of an arc of the folding area when the display module is folded.
