Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display module, and a rotator coupled to the display module and provided to rotate the display module between a first mode in which the display module is vertically disposed and a second mode in which the display module is horizontally disposed, and the rotator includes a driving motor configured to provide a driving force, a first gear configured to rotate around a first rotating axis parallel to a driving axis of the driving motor by the driving force from the driving motor, and a second gear configured to mesh with the first gear and rotate around a second rotating axis parallel to the driving axis and the first rotating axis, and the first gear includes a first gear part, and the second gear comprises a second gear part, and the first gear part and the second gear part are formed to increase a rotational resistance between the first gear and the second gear when the display module rotates in a first direction in the first mode.
