Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure implement techniques that allow a vehicle performing V2X communications to provide more accurate S-RSSI measurements and CBR calculations for use in channel selection and congestion control. Techniques may include measuring a sidelink received signal strength indicator (S-RSSI) for each of a plurality of sub-channels, determining one or more signal impairment adjustment factors based on the S-RSSI for each of the plurality of sub-channels, calculating a channel busy ratio (CBR) for the plurality of sub-channels based on the one or more signal impairment adjustment factors, and initiating communication with at least one of the plurality of sub-channels based on at least the CBR.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, on a first carrier having a first subcarrier spacing (SCS), a scheduling indication via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) scheduling a downlink transmission on a second carrier having a second SCS. The UE may process the downlink transmission on the second carrier based at least in part on a delay between the PDCCH and the scheduled downlink transmission and a timing threshold having a basic term and an adjustment term. For example, the basic term may be based at least in part on a minimum delay between the PDCCH and the scheduled downlink transmission, and the adjustment term may be based at least in part on a processing time due to a difference between the first SCS and the second SCS. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, in a slot via a dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS) spectrum, a plurality of cell-specific reference signals (CRSs) of a first radio access technology (RAT). The UE may receive, in the slot via the DSS spectrum, a plurality of demodulation reference signals (DMRSs) of a second RAT, wherein the plurality of DMRSs is associated with a Type-B physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) scheduled by downlink control information format 1_0, wherein the Type-B PDSCH starts at a fourth symbol of the slot and has a duration of ten symbols, and wherein the slot contains no collision between any CRS of the first RAT and any DMRS associated with the Type-B PDSCH. Numerous other aspects are described.
