Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices, and systems for wireless communication. Some aspects more specifically relate to dynamic path selection for wireless connectivity. An access point (AP) may receive communication link information and device status information from cellular-enabled devices in a wireless local area network (WLAN). The communication link information may indicate path metrics (such as link quality information) associated with respective connections between the cellular-enabled devices and a communication network (such as the Internet). The device status information may indicate operational metrics associated with the cellular-enabled devices (such as battery status information or cellular subscription information). If, for example, the performance of a default connection between the AP and the communication network deteriorates, the AP may select one of the cellular-enabled devices to relay wireless communications between the communication network and the AP in accordance with the communication link information and the device status information.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for a wireless communication network including detecting a trigger to switch a serving channel at a first access point, and communicating a first channel switch message from the first access point to a second access point. The first access point may be in a downstream and/or upstream or communication flow in relation to the second access point. The process may include communicating a first Channel Switching Announcement (CSA) message from the second access point to at least one client of the second access point, where the least one client is one of a plurality of clients receiving internet connectivity through a series of communication flows including a data flow through the second access point. The process further includes revising a time to switch channel information included in the first channel switch message, where the first CSA message includes the revised time to switch channel information.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a passive positioning system, which may be a network entity or node, to be trained to identify multiple moving objects based on using training data for a single object. In one aspect, a network entity receives first RF channel data recorded by a set of devices for a coverage area during a first time period. The network entity trains an ML model based on the set of devices and the first RF channel data. The network entity receives second RF channel data recorded by the set of devices at a second time instance that is outside of the first time period. The network entity computes a number of moving objects in the coverage area at the second time instance based on the second RF channel data using the ML model.

For instance, radio frequency data can be received that is associated with at least one wireless device. The training label data can be based at least in part on the first object and input data (e.g., received by the labeling device, the at least one wireless device, etc.). A sensing model can be generated based on the radio frequency data and the training label data.

Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided. The apparatus may establish a communication link based on the 1905.1 protocol with at least one second AP. The apparatus may receive an authentication request from the at least one second AP via the communication link based on the 1905.1 protocol. In certain aspects, the authentication request may include at least a first signed certificate and a first generated value. The apparatus may transmit an authentication response to the at least one second AP using the communication link based on the 1905.1 protocol. In certain aspects, the authentication response may include at least a second signed certificate and a second generated value. The apparatus may determine shared information with the at least one second AP based at least in part on the first generated value and the second generated value.
