Abstract: A method for prioritizing a mobile originated emergency call over mobile terminated call signaling, includes: initiating an emergency call on a first subscription; determining whether a mobile terminated (MT) call is incoming on a second subscription; in response to determining that the MT call is incoming on the second subscription, aborting the MT call signaling; determining whether the first subscription is out of service; and in response to determining that the first subscription is not out of service completing the emergency call on the first subscription.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine, that the UE is registered for a voice-over wireless local area network (WLAN) service; and forgo, based at least in part on determining that the UE is registered for the voice-over WLAN service, waking up to perform a long term evolution (LTE) idle-mode operation, wherein the LTE idle-mode operation includes monitoring for a page during a paging occasion. Abstract: An apparatus may communicate with at least two networks. The apparatus may be configured to opportunistically decode a channel from a first network and a channel from a second network in order to receive data from both networks. The apparatus may determine whether first data carried on a paging channel (PCH) is decodable from a subset of slots that carry the PCH. The subset of slots may be included in a set of slots that carry the PCH. When the PCH collides with a physical multicast channel (PMCH), the apparatus may decode second data carried on the PMCH instead of the first data when the first data is determined to be decodable from the subset of slots that carry the PCH, and decode the first data instead of the second data when the first data is not determined to be decodable from the subset of slots that carry the PCH.
